If you don't want banned cards, you should put this in the advanced section.

First of all read the Ban List. You have way too many illegal cards.

The following cards in your deck are limited to ONE:
- Cyber Dragon
- Mystical Space Typhoon
- Reinforcement of the Army
- Torrential Tribute

The following are Limited to TWO:
- Bottomless Trap Hole

It's also way too large. Anything more than 45 cards prevents you from drawing the right cards when you need them.

That being said, Macro Monarchs are really the only way DD decks work well. Here's a sample:

This deck abuses Survivor and Scout Plane's effects to generate tribute monsters for your monarchs. The rest is rather standard.
