This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing 1 "Mobius the Frost Monarch" from play when you inflict Battle Damage to your opponent while "Eternal Ice Paradise - Möbius Castle" is face-up on the field. While this card is face-up on the field, controller of this card cannot Normal Summon, Set, or Special Summon any monsters. This card is unaffected by the effects of your opponent's Spell Cards. During each player's End Phases, inflict 500 damage to your opponent.

This card is also treated as Fiend and Fairy-Type. darkhavoc does have a better pic, but it doesn't make it is a better card. darkhavok's effect is simple and yet still managed many OCG. Arc's card has a very intimidating original ATK, but the effect easily balances it out. My vote goes to Arc.

Imo Arc's pic is much better. Also the effect is very well written and I believe the only OCG error there is a missing punctuation mark. I'm amazed at how such a simple effect such as Darkhavoc's has so many OCG errors. It almost impossible to comprehend! Although Arc I think the extra 100 ATK wasn't needed.

In Short: I vote for Arc.
