Broken. If there are no monsters with such an effect on your side of the field, it's ATK and DEF remain ?. Make it's ATK and DEF 0 and then say it's ATK and DEF are increased by an amount equal to the ATK and DEF of the selected monster -100 or something like that. Otherwise, interesting.

Wrong. According to the Rules, when a monster with ? ATK or DEF is played and there is nothing to alter it's stats, it's ATK and DEF automatically become 0. Besides, it's no where near broken.

Good card, I like the image and the OCG is solid.

The effect is creative, and I find it reasonably balanced. Since many of the trigger monster are lower levels, meaning this card would have a lower ATK. The image fits the card too.
