You said that D-Rank is 5 points I'm assuming that you did that to make sure that we didn't get to many jutsu that were high rank. So whats the number of points we can use for them?

As many as you want it's your choice. High ranked attacks do more damage, so that's why they are more points

Also is there a limit to the amount of elements we can use like Shippuden where most ninja can only use two? Because Kano has the ability to use about 4 different ones in his app. Also what happened with the whole "Uchiha Clan is dead" thing?
