All cards are balanced except the Earth one, which needs its DEF bumped down a bit, and the Water one, whose effect is way overpowered. All the other cards are 10/10 I didn't spot any OCG errors worth noting

Interesting twist. Though maybe it's just me, but I think the name "Elemental Hero Beasts" would fit better (a la Fiend Roar Diety Beasts.) Otherwise, 8/10.
