I disagree, sort of. It's possible to have fun and work hard, no? As a matter of fact, it's kind of ironic because when you work hard on something, you could possibly have fun with it afterwards. Say you build something that took a lot of time, like a playground, and then when you play on it, you have fun. (Bad example, I know, but it's the best I could think of.)

Your paradox only applies to people that made decisions they aren't truly happy with.

You start a band. However, you need to work hard to become well known. However, when you are still in the not so known group, you are still having fun with your band mates trying to become well known. And when you are well known and still making moolah, you are still having fun with your band mates.

Also, your paradox is not even close to awesome. Many have proven the major flaw.
