Ok, WTF is with all the stamps? I have seen them all over the YCM. So my question is, "What the hell are they?", and "Were do you get them?".

You can get them in shops in the shop section in certain shops

When we had the Halloween Stamp rally Mods used them.
Now users make them and sell them even though it is pointless.
This will die out by the time we have our Next "Event".
Just like skinny jeans, it is a fad and it will die out.
