How do you post a picture as a signature?

I'm trying to get this picture I created to appear as my signature. I didn't get the picture from some website. I made it off of "Paint". Now I just need it to appear on the forum as my signature. So does anyone have any ideas?

Use img tags, like this:

I said I made this picture off of "Paint", meaning it has no URL.

Go to tinypic.com and from there, upload your picture. After uploading, it will give you a img code like this [IMG]http:/tinypic.com/sidnvfoendm[/IMG] or something. Copy and paste that into your signature.
