Okay another Naruto RP my second and last one for a while now it's a basic (lol tag and naruto plot thing) Naruto RP except it's not really based on any previous plots like the Tailed Beasts and Akautski.

It has been 100 years since the time of Naruto Shippuden and a new evil has arrived their name, Final Shadows an evil that has been assassinating the Kages for years now they have made their great strike. Their is only one resistance for it the Great Lands have joined with other smaller lands to create the Blood Tribe. Now who will be the Final Shadows or the Blood Tribe

2. All YCM Rules and YCM Rules apply
3. Mild swearing allowed
4. Blood Tribe consists of the Land of Fire and the other Lands
5. Final Shadows onsist of every thing else
6. Sub Factions are Land of Fear, Rogue Tribe and Land of Galaxy (Blood Tribe)
7. Naruto is the Head Chancellor of the Blood Tribe (You may say WTF why doesn't he come and kick their a****, reason he's dead but his spirit returned he can fight to an extent in someone elses body just can't use most of his original moves)
8. Jutsu is limited keep it balanced
9. As of now some Advanced rules apply
