If this goes well, we could set up the special forum for duels (I guess we are open for suggestions on the name still) and make the topics; rules, leaderboard (if you want), Duel preparation (where you can challenge someone and arrange a time with a Duel mod) and the Duel Mod application centre, where wannabe Duel Mods can place there application to become a Duel Mod - then it will be decided upon by YCM, Danilus and I)

That time is fine with me also, I think when this duel forum is up we would need some help because I dont think the two of us can do it alone. I do have confidence in it but it could be more work then we can handle.

We're gonna have a problem here:
1 o'clock pm australian time would be 9 o'clock pm american time and 2 o'clock am in london Confused So I think unless Danilus wants to stay up until 2 o'clock in the morning, we're gonna have to schedule this duel earlier...sorry Frunk Confused

PS: Frunk, this is only asumming you live near Sydney. If you don't, just holler...
Also check this for conversion help...this could be part of a sticky in the official dueling forum:

Surely there's another time, there's an 11 hour time slot for the time I can be on. This really is up to you two, it is possible that I could do 11:00PM AEST, midnight may be pushing it... 11:00PM AEST would be Midday GMT and 7:00AM US, I suppose that is really up to you two; I don't know if you're busy sunday Falling, and/or if that's too early... and Danilus, well does that work for you?

Here are the rules again, if anyone has anything to add, post a reply.

For Duel Mods;
-You must be unbias
-Always send a reply PM to any PMs you receive from the Duelists
-You PM the ramdomly selected cards for Draw Phases, etc. to the Duelists
-Insure no SPAM occours on behalf of other members trolling the Duel
-You must make the topic
-If you break any other obvious rules (e.g. keeping the prize money, fixing the Duel, etc.), You will be stripped of your Duel Mod responsibilites and benefits, and depending on the severity, your account may be suspended

For Duelists;
-You must follow offical Yu-Gi-Oh rules as stated here
-PM any cards you set to the Duel Mod and wait for confirmation
-If any duel fixing is uncovered, temporary account suspension is highly likely
-No SPAM or Trolling at all - penalties will be implied for rule breakers
-Breaking of ficati.com/yugiohcardmaker.net will result in automatic disqualification
-At the start of the Duel, donate any bets to the Duel Mod
-There will be a maximum of 15 minutes for you to come online if you are late for a Duel before you are disqualified

For ficati.com/yugiohcardmaker.net Members
-Feel free to watch the Duel
-No posting is allowed in the Duel Topic during the duel and will not tolerated
-You may post and comment on the Duel in the Duel topic at the end of the Duel
-Any offense slurs towards Duelists or Duel Mods (eg. "Haha, you lost, you suck, haha") will not tolerated and you will be suspended

dueling card sets
if you are gonna have a forum dueling thingy you should make card sets that you can only get the made up cards from e.g a online booster pack were you exchange points for the cards. but you can only use the online sets to build your deck in forum dueling and you can create a post where it says what colection of made up cards we have and our forum dueling deck. we could also trade our online cards. the good thing about only being aloud to use a online set to build you deck is you can re-word the bad worded and not alow broken cards to be played. im currently building a online set called war of the night and will be featuring the new shadow knights heres the first one. i'll be finishing this set asap.

Good start, but we still need to see if Dueling with real cards is effective before we can even think about that
