I guess this rule is good. It took me 3 months to decide wheter to change my name or not. And now I did [special thanks to Darth] ^^.

Well, at least I won't get confused by some moderators and their near-constant name changes. I never did see the point of the name-changing, anyway. Your name is part of your online personality, and if you change it too often, people can't connect with you.

(i have a bit of cheek saying that as i got mine changed about 2 weeks ago...)
anyway, over the past fortnight there have been many many name changes and its been really Confused

and

and "Sorry, what?" ish.

Well...this is completely n00bish. (Another reason why members should have the ability to change their own names. Like once a month or something.)

hmmm.... even though i like my name, many don't. can't you make it a feature for people. let them choose if they want a permanant name or not. if not they can keep changing it. think about it. let me kno if you like my idea.
