I think you can as long as you specifically state it in the contest rules. I could be wrong though.

I'm a new member and I just read about these rules. I made a decklist with 60 cards before I knew about these rulings. Is it possible to unlock my decklist so I can reduce it to 50. I apologize for the inconveniences caused.

Just post the new deck with the changes. It's easier and you'll increase your post count that way (But don't use post count as an excuse for starting a new topic).
