Also, I rarely ever hear cards being called by their acronyms. They usually just use the first part of the card's name. (or, in terms of Pot of Avarice, the part that differentiates it from Pot of Greed. Namely, the word Avarice)

Example:
Lightning Vortex - Lightning
Crush Card Virus - Crush
Deck Devastation Virus - Deck Dev

I've heard the term "Pop" for destroying cards with effects that target. (Specifically, with Exiled Force, though I'm not sure if it's an Exiled-only thing.)

Funny. I've always heard Lightning Vortex called "Vortex", and I've always seen the Viruses referred to by their acronyms.

"Drop" - when someone does not want to play anymore.

"Scoop" is more widely used for this, or at least it was for the last year that I played.

Its Japanese name is "Kreis". There's no "t" at the end.

JesusofChaos, are you caught up with this? And Griffinusername, a beatstick is a level 4 or lower monster with 1800 or more ATK. No offense intended, but I thought everybody knew that.
