RE: Yu-Gi-Oh! Q&A
Probably pretty badly, if you're actually running Macro or Fissure as a main engine, the normal Macro/Fissure engine is just too painfully fragile with so much s/t removal that it wouldn't work in the meta.

Kaiser Colosseum and Black Garden. I can give my opponent a token when I summon a monster because I'm summoning it to my opponent's field, correct?

"send to the Graveyard" =/= "Destroy" Right??

Also, can I Normal Summon and then activate Scapegoat?

sent=/=destroy, and no.

Is it possible to summon Lava Golem or Grinder Golem to your opponent's field in DEF mode?

If the only monster I control is an Earthbound Immortal, can my opponent attack me directly?

RE: Yu-Gi-Oh! Q&A
Two Questions:

1. Can I Set a Field Spell?

2. If I can set a field spell, can it over Geartown to activate its effect and then activate the set field spell later?

RE: Yu-Gi-Oh! Q&A
1. Yes
2. I'm not quite sure what you're asking. Specifically the part about "overing" Geartown.

RE: Yu-Gi-Oh! Q&A
If you set a field spell in your field spell zone, the previous active/set field will be destroyed. So I think Geartown will activate.

Please do not forget that this only happens if you set the new field spell. If you were to activate the new field spell that would be the last thing that happened, and you will miss the timing of gear town.

First, to play tier does not always mean to net deck. It means to play competitive (in short, what is known to work)

The deck section is a good place to start for deck help, and before you can understand how to successfully beat those ... net decks, you will need to play with them. And eBay is probably the best place to shop.

RE: Yu-Gi-Oh! Q&A
Anything can ACTIVATE their effect while Skill-Drain is face-up.
When an effect is activated, first the cost is paid, then the effect resolves (which is normally negated because Skill Drain is face-up)

Exiled goes like this:
1) activate
2) pay cost (tributing Exiled) - Exiled is now in the Graveyard
3) effect resolves, Skill Drain won't negate it because Exiled is not a "face-up monster" at this point, which are the only effects negated by Skill Drain.
