I was going to post this earlier. Change the effect to "forbidden one" instead of "Exodia"

This card cannot be Normal Summoned Or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing one "Exodia Necross" on your side of the field. Once per turn, pay half your LP and add one card from your deck to your hand with "forbidden one" in it's name.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by sending 5 cards with "The Forbidden One" in their names from your hand or deck to the Graveyard. When this card is attacked by a card whose ATK is lower than the DEF of this card, destroy that card without applying damage calculation. When this monster sends a monster to the Graveyard, increase the ATK of this card by 1000 points. Once per turn, you may pay half your Life Points in order to add 1 card with "The Forbidden One" to your hand from your Graveyard.

I think dojinn's Idea was the best so far, but it should be 1800/2200 because it's a free special summon as long as you didn't have any pieces in your hand. It also should, instead of returning all pieces to your deck, it should return 4 cards back to your deck and 1 to your hand.

Spellcaster/effect:
This monster cannot be normal summoned or set. This monster can only be special summoned by removing from play "Exodia the forbidden one", "Left Arm of the Forbidden One", "Right Arm of the Forbidden One", "Left Leg of Forbidden One", "Right Leg of the Forbidden One" from your deck or your hand. When this monster is sent from the field to the graveyard, you may add five cards that were removed from play by this effect to the deck and shuffle it.

The one Dojin made would probably be Limited or Banned because of some ultra-combo involving Dimension Fusion, Creature Swap, and Guardian Sphinx. The effect should be remove them from play face-down, so you can't summon your pieces back.

I changed some of the effect wording so that the text would be semi-readable, but it didn't gain/lose any effects.

How about, :

* Make the card so you need Exodia necross to summon it

*Have it make all traps and monster effects and spell card effect not work except for his own.

* Have it so you can add an exodia piece from your grave to your hand every turn.
