first, just because you make an article, it doesn't mean it will be submited here. It has to be deemed informative and worty by the lists OP.

Yes, but if you make a guide about a Deck it is assumed that the maker has succesfully built the Deck and variants of it. Except for me, but that's because my guide was about a non-meta, non-anti-meta Decktype. But the others are good I suppose.
