Agreed I got the whole YGO is for kids look from my friend the other day, had to explain that I watch the Japanese version not the crap version on British TV (still gutted that I forgot that I could of seen 29 live....)

4Kids kills everything.
Yea, Lets remove some scenes of the 'Police' dragging Yusei around when they finally mark him(THEY SKIPPED THE WHOLE PROCESS). And what did they do? Thats right, They added a random 5 second thing of "WEN POT OF GREED IZ PLAYD, J00 KAN DRAW 2 KARDZ FRUM UR DEK!!!11" to replace it.

You can't be serious. Then again, it doesn't surprise me.

Ten bucks that instead of showing Yusei being tortured, they talk about Dust Tornado or Mirror Force.

Crow will keep his name, or 4kids will rename him "Bird".

Carly will keep her name. It's american enough.

Hah! they made Aki's name more confusing. Oh and I recently watched an episode of the dub pretty bad, not as bad as the dub for GX, it sounds like there not even trying anymore...maybe 4kids wil go bankrupt and all this crazy insanity will stop and companies can acually make their own kids shows and not just try to transform more anime, that I will not even classify an age group for, into the adventure of Barney fighting force.

When i was watching episode 7 of the dub, 2 main things popped out at me.
1) shadow realm refence. Even this far into the future and they still wont let go of the shadow realm
2) Chief Armstrong. His trademark habit of picking at his nose was entirely edited out so he only received about two seconds of sceen time. did 4kids take it out so kids wont pick their nose? It's incredibly stupid

Godwin uses the term "underworld" and/or "hell" later on. Guess that Shadow Realm was used as a substitute.
