Ugh. This image was giving me the biggest headache coming up with an Effect for.

EDIT: Fixed the last sentence of the Effect.
SECOND EDIT: Increased ATK and changed effect slightly.

Fix (last sentence):

If this card attacks twice during the same Battle Phase, the ATK of this card is treated as 1900.

It's overpowered in my opinion. Maybe you should decrease it's seconed ATK to 1500 or lower?
