Ryko looks at that section of the note and finds an Empty needle, and a Small blue Vial containing a black liquid

Ryko: it says that I need to be at stage 15 before giving you the Shot in order for you to become stage 15, I also need 9 others to Join, other than the Troops that Darsagu promised me

OoC: I need to get 10 people to agree before setting out for Darsagu, and After all of the agreed get Stage 15 Transcendance, This RP will end and i will create a new one

OoC: Yes, But all Joining Members always start with the Co-strain Transcendance, which allows them to go up to stage 15, and you start out with Stage 15, Which gives you Massive amounts of Psychic Powers, Planar Abilities, and even the ability to Manipulate the Disease inside a person to make Weapons, Slow it down, or speed it up

Ryko looks for people to Help, then the other 2 Moon Guards, Andrew and Logan appeared beside Ryko

Rokujo was sitting on a bed, terrified, realizing that his armor was off. "N-No, my power..." he began to whisper, then continued, "How can this be possible? It's... It's all because of HIM, that Dark Figure, it's because of him I lost my powers." Rokujo felt infuriated, and said, "I need the Death Whisper, so I can find my brother." Rokujo then slowly walked down the stairs, and fell down on them.
Yuuki came in the door, and chased after Rokujo, saying, "Whoa, ar you okay?" Rokujo looked at her, and said, "This your house? Looks great." Rokujo then began to faint, and Yuuki said, "Rokujo? ROKUJO!!"

Ooc: Incase if you are wondering, he barely has enough energy to stand, because the armor removale has taken immediate damage to Rokujo's Body and Mind, making them barely manuverable.

Ryko, Logan, Andrew, and the White Hawk Leader Goes to Rokujo's house and sees him Fainted

Ryko: Rokujo!

Yuuki looked at the guys, and said, "Rokujo's is knocked out cold, ever since he came back from the Dark Lotus base." Rokujo then woke, and said, "Sorry guys, but if there is anything relating to the Death Whisper, I can't help out."

Ryko: Thats okay, I can Help with that

Ryko Created a Death Whisper Knife out of thin air and Nicked Rokujo, Then used his Psychic powers to manipulate the Death Whisper and Turn it to the 666 Strain, then sped it up to stage 4

Ryko: Thats all i can do for now

OoC: Yep, A Transcendance Shikinang is able to do that, but only to a certain extent
