LOCK, Night Crow beats Pikachu

So DX Games told me to verse Pikachu, so here i am now, this is an any card contest, all normal rules apply. The winner gets 3 reps and the contest ends on the 18th at 8:00. May the best man win

Pikachu's Card (Click to View)

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by discarding 1 LIGHT monster from your hand to your Graveyard. Once per turn, you may pay 400 Life Points. If you do, you may Special Summon 1 card with the name 'Pikachu' from your hand or Graveyard. When the card is Special Summoned successfully, increase this card's ATK by 100. When your opponent attacks the Special Summoned card, you may negate the effect and decrease this card's DEF by 400 instead. When this card is sent to the Graveyard or out of play, flip a coin. If heads, increase the Special Summoned card's ATK by 300. If tails, destroy that card.

Night Crow's Card (Click to View)

When this card is successfully Fusion Summoned, select 1 Monster Card from both player's Graveyards and shuffle the selected Monster Cards back into the controller's Decks. When the selected Monster Cards are Normal Summoned or Special Summoned, treat the selected Monster Cards as Union Monsters and equip the selected Monster Cards to this card. If an opponent's monster is equipped to this card decrease the ATK of this card by 1000 and this card can attack directly. If your monster is equipped to this card, decrease the ATK of this card by 500 and this card can attack twice. If this card is targeted by a Monster Card or by the effect of a Spell, Trap or Monster Effect, you can Release the Union Monster equipped to this card and remove it from play to negate the card targeting this card and destroy it. When this card is destroyed, return it to your Extra Deck and decrease the ATK of 1 monster you control by 500.

I'm afraid my vote goes to Night Crow. Reason being, Pikachu's card has a few OCG errors and effect isn't as original as Night Crow's. As I said before, great card from you Night Crow ! Sorry Pikachu.
