This is the first one

Effect: Once per turn, during your Main Phase, discard up to 5 cards from your hand to destroy monsters on your opponent's field equal to the number of cards discarded. If you use this effect, this card's ATK and DEF become 0 until your next Standby Phase. When this card destroys a monster, put 1 Innocence Counter on this card. When this card has 5 Innocence Counter's placed on it this card's ATK and DEF becomes 0 and this card cannot be the target of monster attacks. Finally I finished my cards...
took me awhile to find an anime that i could work with... i went with Hellsing

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be summoned by removing 3 DARK monsters your graveyard from play. For each DARK card on the field this card gains 300 ATK and DEF. When this card is sent to the graveyard, destroy all DARK monsters on the field.

When this card is Summoned,place 3 "Humanity" Counters on it. When this card sends a monster to the graveyard, remove on "Humanity" Counter from it. When this card has no "Humanity" Counters on it, increase this cards ATK and DEF by 700.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 3 LIGHT monsters in your graveyard from play. When this card battles a DARK monster increase this cards ATK by 500 until the end of your turn. If you control 2 other LIGHT monsters Trap Cards cannot be activated.

I'm making a Naruto deck, so I'll enter what I've already made & C what ppl think:

Naruto Shadow Clones: this card cannot be normal summoned or set, it cannot be special summoned except by the effect of "Naruto Uzumaki" When "Naruto Uzumaki" is removed from the field, this card is destroyed. During your battle phase, instead of attacking with this card, you can automatically destroy 1 monster your opponent controls and any adjacent monsters are attacked for 2000 damage (if the attack fails, you don't loose any life points). Destroy this monster at the end of the damage step. (This effect cannot be used on the turn this monster was summoned)
