Better rarity effects is a must have. It could take AGES to do, but it would eventually work. I mean, if YCMaker's on it, it's gonna get done sometime in the near (or far) future. Am I right?

Add the ability to create 'Token' cards.

Just so you can have them similar to the real Token cards.

You can actually do that by typing it out as "(monster type)/Dark Synchro/Effect"
Of course, we're not getting Dark Synchros in the CG so this isn't going to be implemented.

Token card maker options would be nice

I think it would be a good idea to put in the option to upload your cards to sites other than ImageShack, such as TinyPic, for those whos browsers don't support Imageshack.
