Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

I'm having trouble downloading GIMP.

I'll take you through my step by step process to try and download it.

Went to: http://www.gimp.org/

Clicked the download tab in logo.

took me here: http://www.gimp.org/downloads/

Clicked download gimp 2.6.4 (summit)

took me here: http://sourceforge.net/project/downloadi...mirror=ovh

its a orange and white site, I've been on it before and all files i try to downloads from it are not working anyway, i don't like it.

Anyway, i clicked the onto download the file (popped up)

nothing happened... i then tried the direct link, and the mirror, still nothing happens.

HELP!?!?! Shocked

it will download as soon as you go on the page and if a pop-up{not ad} comes up asking you something click yes

thanks, its still not downloaded yet but its doing something

okay its given me Adbe reader 9 and telling me i need to download that. why cant i download the GIMP, jeez

If you got a popup and hit save, it should be downloading fine.

Try changing the mirror to San Jose, CA and see if it helps..

You shouldn't need Adobe Reader.

Its okay, i got my mom to help me when she wasnt busy, it turned out that it jsut wasnt loadign properly or something, although i downloaded onto the desktop, its still enver showed up, shes a comp wizz, i havent a clue hat seh did to it Very Happy
