That card could use some revising.
First of all, Balance with a capital B:
- 5000 ATK and DEF is way too much.
- The effect of no Trap Cards for you opponent is also way too much.
Second of all:
- If it's supposed to be like BEUD, try a picture of a dragon with 3 heads?

I guess that's all I've got.

Picture does not suit the card. The idea is way overused. And it is just a weaker and higher Levelled version of Cyber End Dragon that uses 3 Red-Eyes B. Dragons. It is still within acceptable parameters because of its Level and summoning conditions so don't change those. I don't really like this because the idea is way overused and exhausted.
