It's not even a picture of Luigi from SMG. Second, Luigi's effect shouldn't be "This card is treated as "Galaxy Mario". He should have a unique effect. I Looked everywhere for a Luigi from SMG but i couldn't find a good one at all, and the reason he has his effect is that when you unlock him in the game he is the same as Mario except his attacks are a little slower. The Lumas have these effects based on what the do in the game (Sort of :P) and this may sound mega noobish but what do you mean the OCG is of? Thanks again! and keep postin'! If your OCG is good, it means that the card effect sounds the same as it does on a real card. For Example, "Increase your Life Points by 1000 for each card on your side of the field" has better OCG than "You get 1000 life points for every card you have".
