I foresee the last one, Legend Blood, was a failure. Might as well start the sequel now.

The curse shall twist and bind

The moon will leave nothing left to find

The beasts will wither and tire

While the comet shall strike through like fire

 

The world of Lath was once a world. Two races lived in that world, the first race was the Human race. These peaceful beings lived a quiet peaceful existence in harmony with the world. The second race was the formidable Vampires. These near-immortal conquers set out to build great cities and gain dominion over all living things. In time, their aggression enslaved the passive Human race with little resistance. The Vampires reigned supreme. The Humans were enslaved.

 

Divided by hatred, a war for freedom would soon ensue. Both thought their survival depended on victory over the other species. According to legend, the humans enlisted the help of an unknown presence, anger, which gave them the ability to draw on magical force, the humans became demonic like warriors who attacked with fierce supernatural combat skills and deadly magic. They began to overpower the Vampires in bloody confrontations. And yet, it was a tie. Then they learned to co-exist with each other afterward, but it lasted less than half a century

 

The young tyrant Vampire Lord Elnar declared war against the humans when co-existence was at it's fullest. The vampires took control and took over more than half of the entire world, due to Lord Elnar, thus bring the age back into the Age of the Vampires, but it was not to last. In a final clash years later, the Lord Elnar was sealed into deep deep underground along with John, the leader of the humans at the time, and Lord Alsa, younger brother to Elnar, took the throne, and peace was restored once again.

 

But Elnar's death wasn't so flickety-flack. Before Elnar's death, he had obtained elven magic, enough to gain supreme power, but it was too late to use it. Instead, he cast a curse, one that shall take place in nineteen years, and its contents and meaning left unknown.

 

It had been twenty years since that time. Now Alsa is thirty-two, but things hadn't been peaceful for an entire year. Even when the sun is up, the moon is up with it, in a red Full Moon, and has stayed there for a year. At first, it was considered natural and would come down soon, but day after day, it stayed up. Before Alsa could put a finger on it, something terrible had happened. More than half the entire population of humans in Lath, they were all turned into, nothing less than, werewolves. And ones smart enough to have a smart enough free will, due to the strange unnatural moon.

 

The werewolves are led by their King, Lord Wilfred, and he plans to populate the world of Lath with werewolves, leaving humans and vampires, out. Without a choice, the vampires and humans have teamed up to fight the new powerful menace of werewolves.

 

Will you stop them, or will you join them? Will you uphold, or will you betray? Will you stay sane, or will you go in-sane?

First off. The world of Lath currently has an always-full red moon that is refusing to go down in the morning. Meanwhile, the real moon isn't anywhere.

 

Humans are basically the same, except they have magic, mostly generated by negative emotions, as positive emotions are hard to come by.

 

Vampires cannot transform humans into them. They are considered a completely different species. Though they do live at most two hundred years, from baby to adult is just the same rate as a human. They reproduce less common than humans. They are ten times as good as humans in terms of strength and speed and dexterity. They also have heightened senses in the darkness. Lately, they have discovered a talent to transform into a more powerful and terrifying form, but only the ones very experienced can use it, as it is difficult to control with an untrained mind.

 

Werewolves CAN transform humans into more werewolves, but scratches don't work, not ever. They have to bite to change others into them. It takes six hours for the transformation to complete, at which point the humans lose their senses as to why they don't like the werewolves, something Wilfred had artificially injected via a special tiny cell into every single werewolf, to ensure no resistance, but they still retain free will, they only lose reason to fight against the werewolves. They are as strong as vampires and reproduce as fast as humans, but they do what wolves do, not what humans do. They too have heightened senses in the darkness and turn back into humans when every single part of the moonlight is hidden, be it in a building or be it behind a wall, but turn straight back into werewolves when exposed again.

 

Magic is only usable by humans. Only the vampires with royal blood can use magic, distant relatives work too. Wilfred's special cell implanted into every werewolf's bloodstream also negates their magic, so only Wilfred himself, who didn't implant the cell into himself, can use magic. But there might be a way to remove the cell, but it's like trying to find a blue grain of sand in a whole beach of yellow ones.

 

At night, a glowing red comet can be seen in the sky. It's a beautiful comet that can be seen every night. It has been studied in the past nineteen years before the Red Moon rose.

 

Also as a side note, Lath got it's name from 'Wrath'. Wrath sounds like Rath and if you add the 'Engrish' problem, it becomes Lath.

 

And ignore those creatures on Lord Alsa's side of the battle in the banner, I swear I'm going to GIMP them out or somehow replace them with more humanoid beings.

Bio: A Vampire born of royal blood. He was the brother of the now-dead Elnar von Mira and disapproved of his actions during his brother's reign, especially after he burned their older brother to the very last piece. To that end, he aided the humans to defeat and overthrow Elnar's reign. He then took his place as King, as he was the only heir to the throne. And for nineteen years, he began funding a research project on a red comet that had been in the sky for quite a while now, but he had to stop when the red Full Moon appeared, creating werewolves, where someone, Wilfred, declared it an independent race and became their Alpha, or King.

Weapons: Brisingr, he holds it in the Normal Appearance pic. It ignites flames if it's name is spoken.

Personality: Brave, but when things are dire, he would not hesitate to do the seemingly correct thing, even if it is murder.

Johnathan Mason and Makuta, two mere souls who have used the powers of the Omega Crystal in the Blood Cave of Legends, had become obsessed with each others death, and thus lead to both of their deaths before the war between Humans and Vampires had ended. But before they both killed each other, they both in fact had children. The two boys were only about 5 years old each, and they both somehow aged normally. When the two heard of their father's deaths, they could not bare how exactly they had both died, but only knew that the two were in fact murdered at the exact same time.

 

Edward Mason, son of Johnathan Mason, and grandson of Samuel Mason, has been looking up into the sky every night since the day Lord Alsa came into power and had made peace between Humans and Vampires, and realized that the strange red comet keeps appearing as though it will be there forever, that is, until 19 years later, when he saw the Red Full Moon, wondering as to what had caused it in the first place. He wasn't sure what its true purpose was, yet. A few years before the Red Moon appeared, however, Edward had heard about Makuta's son and realized him as a traitor of the Alliance. He did want him dead, but how he was going to do it, he was unsure.

 

He then began to craft 3 swords; 2 of which are identical and are duel wielded, and also crafted from the armor of fallen Vampires; and 1 of which will used to end the life of Makuta's son and any future generation possible. Exactly on year after the Red Moon first appeared, Edward knew something wasn't right. He understood something about a full moon. It creates werewolves, but unlike the unintelligent version of the race, these werewolves are highly intelligent, possibly more intelligent than the humans and Vampires combined. he was unsure of how to fight this new enemy, but when Lord Alsa aligned with the Humans, he knew they had a chance. He was also finished with his swords, but only one will be used, and that is the sword to use on his separate mission, to end the traitor's life and his future generations.

 

His father's objective to end had failed, and Edward will not follow in his father's footsteps. He will in fact help fight in this war as much as he can, but also to go on his own to face the traitor himself when he believes the time is ,in fact, actually necessary. If he dies, he will be honored throughout the Alliance for his outstanding bravery and heart in battle.

 

It will be his only chance to kill a traitor, for it his duty to do so and finish him off for good.

Name: Wilfred Glendon

Race: Werewolf

Age: 40

Appearance: See that werewolf in the banner? That's him.

Bio: He was originally a scientist, one obsessed with beasts. And it so happened that during the very rare Full Moon that happens only once a year, he was bitten by a werewolf, nearly killing him, but he survived. He then became even more obsessed since the bite, and knew that he himself was a werewolf, but he wouldn't be able to transform. And even if he did, he would lose his mind. He wondered about for a long time, only to have his wish granted when the red Full Moon appeared. He transformed into a werewolf, and he had his sanity.

He soon realized that a few other werewolves also maintained their identities, but they weren't as happy as he was. He worked on a special kind of fluid, which he then injected into the other werewolves, and they were but the first. The first of a new race. They spread their lycanthropy and gathered werewolves from other places. Wilfred made sure every one of them injected his special fluid into newborn werewolves. And he became so obsessed, he lost his human being. He had created a race. He had a plan, he would turn all the humans into werewolves, while killing all the vampires, as he couldn't risk creating a Werepyre. He had already proven that werewolves can reproduce by themselves. All that remained was his obsessive plan.

Weapons: He has infused his own claws with metal, so he has metal claws.

Faction: Werewolves

Personality: Paranoid, and very focused.

Name: Xion Fang

Race: Werewolf

Bio: Xion was born from pure bred werewolves, his parents abandoned him at birth and he grew up til he was 3 where he was adopted by other werewolves. He has lived witht hem since then, until they were killed by vampires. He built a crossbow to kill the vampires and hates them.

Faction: Werewolves

Personality: Xion is quiet and shy but is loud around friends and werewolves. He is nervous and very skiddish around humans, and cranky and agressive around anything else. He has learned to love nature and use its resources, as he lived there for many years

Name- Kaito Yahiko

 

Age- 17

 

Race: Werewolf

 

Bio- Kaito is unable to remember any of his past. He cannot remember if he had family members or friends when he was younger. Kaito didn't accept the fact that he was a werewolf at first, but as time went on, he matured, and now accepts it. Kaito is a calm person, yet when he is angered, he will transform into his wolf form unwillingly and then he becomes a killer.

In his human form, Kaito is a regular teen who stands at about 5'4; which is sort for his age. Towards the bottom of his hair, slightly darker hair is in place. This is natural. When he takes on his wolf form, his hair becomes all dark. In his human form, Kaito has bright green eyes and silver-ish hair. He wears Collar Shirts, or T-shirts, and usually he wears baggy faded jeans.

In this form, Kaito looks much less calm and his hair is now all dark.

[spoiler=Bio]Soren is a werewolf warrior who will do anything that involves fighting. He prides himself in blending in with Humans easily and being adept in using his fist-daggers. He is cunning and brutal when it comes to combat, he is also one of the fastest werewolves alive being able to kill anything within the blink of an eye. He will eat anything that is bigger than a rabbit. He has a firm belief that eating things that are smaller than rabbits such as mice and rats is bad for your hygiene and frowns upon all that commit such actions. He will fight to the death if it means protect those he loves.He is often made a mockery of by other werewolves for having an intimate relationship with a human female.

 

[spoiler=Personality]Soren has two distinct personalities. When he is in his human form he uses manners and is kind and will protect those he feels that need such an act of kindness. In his werewolf form he is the complete opposite. In this form he is a sadist and is prone to fits of anger. He cares for no ones life but his own and will kill anyone that angers him. He almost never uses this form ever since he killed his human beloved in a fit of rage that wasn't caused by her.

Being so young, the Vampires believed Apollo was useless, so they forced him until the wilderness where Apollo should've spent his entire life. One night he saw a dark shadow roaming the Woods with a long cape, and two pistols. The Shadow turned to him and aimed at both of the guns, at Apollo. The Shadowed- Man was a few feet away, then suddenly another shadow pounced down on the man. Apollo heard a low-toned growl, and a human scream. The moonlight shined towards the two figures, one was a dead human the other was a Werewolf. The Werewolf howled, and in a instant it was gone. Apollo stepped closer to the bloody body, the man still had one pistol in each hand. Apollo crouched down, and took released the man's grip on his guns. He put one in each hand, just how the man had, and suddenly he felt a rush of cold air, and the pistols started growing with a faint red light. Apollo fully entrenched his hands on the weapons, and the red light seized. He spent the next 5 years in the Forest getting used to the feel of the weapons, until he decided that his exile was over. A young woman came up and asked him what he was doing without a escort at this time, he asked "What?" with a puzzled look on his face. The woman told him of the new war, and he listened well. THIS was his chance to get his revenge on the Vampires for abandoning him, he would kill as many as the Vampires as he could, while helping out the creatures who saved his life all those years ago...

Makuta II, the son of Makuta I, betrayed the Vampires exactly 10 years ago, feeling as though vengeance is the answer to his purpose. He went on his own, only to find what is needed to get revenge on Edward, since they both were in denial of what truly happened. Makuta II had his father's blade for the time being, but later on in the years, before the Red Moon appeared, he destroyed it, leaving the remains to to wither in the sun. But that all changed as soon as he turned his back. At that moment, the Red Moon had appeared. At that moment, the very remnants of his father's blade began to glow; half of the pieces glowed white; as the other half began to glow black. They all formed into a black and white swirling orb. He picked it up and went to his personal base.

 

The next year, however, around the exact same time of the Werewolves, the orb suddenly shattered, having the shards reform in a sword of some sorts. It appeared to have a composure of wings, both white and black, resembling a key as well. He wasn't sure what this all meant, but he didn't care. Originally, Makuta believed that vengeance cannot be used by a blade; he was wrong, since he felt a strange power within him. He named the sword the Blade of Inner Confliction, since he has a conflict to settle. It was time to bring this conflict to a close. If vengeance is settled, he will feel whole to have fulfilled a family task that took over 20 years to accomplish.

 

Vengeance is on his side, and he will do anything he can to end the Mason family generation forever.

Bio- Kaen studied the art of fire for many years. He never had a family, nor did he have many friends. Kaen is a calm and seemingly happy guy. He is neutral, but he seems to be more evil than good. Kaen is almost always smiling; making him seem a bit creepy.

Makuta II, the son of Makuta I, betrayed the Vampires exactly 10 years ago, feeling as though vengeance is the answer to his purpose. He went on his own, only to find what is needed to get revenge on Edward, since they both were in denial of what truly happened. Makuta II had his father's blade for the time being, but later on in the years, before the Red Moon appeared, he destroyed it, leaving the remains to to wither in the sun. But that all changed as soon as he turned his back. At that moment, the Red Moon had appeared. At that moment, the very remnants of his father's blade began to glow; half of the pieces glowed white; as the other half began to glow black. They all formed into a black and white swirling orb. He picked it up and went to his personal base.

 

The next year, however, around the exact same time of the Werewolves, the orb suddenly shattered, having the shards reform in a sword of some sorts. It appeared to have a composure of wings, both white and black, resembling a key as well. He wasn't sure what this all meant, but he didn't care. Originally, Makuta believed that vengeance cannot be used by a blade; he was wrong, since he felt a strange power within him. He named the sword the Blade of Inner Confliction, since he has a conflict to settle. It was time to bring this conflict to a close. If vengeance is settled, he will feel whole to have fulfilled a family task that took over 20 years to accomplish.

 

Vengeance is on his side, and he will do anything he can to end the Mason family generation forever.

Race: Werewolf

 

Bio- Kaito is unable to remember any of his past. He cannot remember if he had family members or friends when he was younger. Kaito didn't accept the fact that he was a werewolf at first, but as time went on, he matured, and now accepts it. Kaito is a calm person, yet when he is angered, he will transform into his wolf form unwillingly and then he becomes a killer.

 

Appearance- [spoiler=Human]

In his human form, Kaito is a regular teen who stands at about 5'4; which is sort for his age. Towards the bottom of his hair, slightly darker hair is in place. This is natural. When he takes on his wolf form, his hair becomes all dark. In his human form, Kaito has bright green eyes and silver-ish hair. He wears Collar Shirts, or T-shirts, and usually he wears baggy faded jeans.

In this form, Kaito looks much less calm and his hair is now all dark.

 

 

Weapons - While in normal form, he uses a chain scythe.

Bio- Kaen studied the art of fire for many years. He never had a family, nor did he have many friends. Kaen is a calm and seemingly happy guy. He is neutral, but he seems to be more evil than good. Kaen is almost always smiling; making him seem a bit creepy.

[spoiler=Bio]Soren is a werewolf warrior who will do anything that involves fighting. He prides himself in blending in with Humans easily and being adept in using his fist-daggers. He is cunning and brutal when it comes to combat, he is also one of the fastest werewolves alive being able to kill anything within the blink of an eye. He will eat anything that is bigger than a rabbit. He has a firm belief that eating things that are smaller than rabbits such as mice and rats is bad for your hygiene and frowns upon all that commit such actions. He will fight to the death if it means protect those he loves.He is often made a mockery of by other werewolves for having an intimate relationship with a human female.

 

[spoiler=Personality]Soren has two distinct personalities. When he is in his human form he uses manners and is kind and will protect those he feels that need such an act of kindness. In his werewolf form he is the complete opposite. In this form he is a sadist and is prone to fits of anger. He cares for no ones life but his own and will kill anyone that angers him. He almost never uses this form ever since he killed his human beloved in a fit of rage that wasn't caused by her.
