What do we alll love?
Thats right, DARK Attribute Cards... and by we, I mean Konami... I personally am getting sick of them
But I have to go against that to post these guys

I've had this idea for a LONG time... if you go into my archive ou will see the OLD Oni set
These are new ones, some pictures are the same as from the good old days, others are new to my comeback
(but these cards are still for my FanFic, just like Everything else)

[spoiler= About the Japanese Origins of Oni]
in Japanese folklore, a type of demonic creature often of giant size, great strength, and fearful appearance. They are generally considered to be foreign in origin, perhaps introduced into Japan from China along with Buddhism. Cruel and malicious, they can, nevertheless, be converted to Buddhism. Though oni have been depicted in various ways in Japanese legend and art, sometimes also as women, they are characteristically thought of as pink, red, or blue-grey in colour, with horns, three toes, three fingers, and on occasion with three eyes.

[spoiler= My Oni]
My Oni are my no means giants with strange colored skin, mine are a design of darkness with human form. Many seem regular, completely, except for minor horns or such... just know that they are representing the original Japanese ideals of Oni, but within human form, but male aswell as female

Oni as an Archtype are BIG on using the removed from play zone, several of them do not every even enter the Graveyard, unless sent their from the Deck, hand, or Removed from play zone.
They also have several effects which require somewhat large field presence and therefore the several of them that can be Special Summoned or can Special Summon others are invaluable
The cards do have potential to swarm however, hosting their own Boggart Knight copy, as well as their own Giant Rat. Several higher level cards of the archtype also have abilities to Special Summon themselves... or others
As for the Removed from Play Zone, cards have a variety of effects from gaining ATK for each member of the archtype in the zone or returning them to various places, such as Baou who returns 2 to the bottom of your deck to Special Summon itself when it has been destroyed.

The Archtype, to me feels like a combination of Lavals and X-Sabers, but does indeed have its own twists and such, the Archtype is rather powerful, but took a different twist then I had originally expected

Once per turn, while you control 2 or more "Oni" monsters, except this, if this card destroys an opponents monster by battle you can reveal the top 3 cards of your Deck, remove from play 1 of them, then shuffle the rest back into your Deck.
[spoiler= About Eclipse]
Eclipse, as you may be able to tell is Pot of Duality in Monster form, instead of sending a card to the hand it removes it from play, which is questionably more useful in an "Oni" deck... this effect can only be activated if you have atleast 3 "Oni" monsters on the field, making it powerful yet not completely easy to abuse

This card can be Special Summoned from your hand by removing from play 1 "Oni" monster from your hand. In that case, remove it from play when it is removed from the field. This card can attack your opponent directly.
[spoiler= About Scout]
This little guy here won't be getting as much offencive use of that direct attack effect of his. Its more likely that you'll be ditching an Oni from your hand to Special Summon it for the purpose only of using it as a Synchro Material Monster.
He is part of a great combo to easily Synchro Summon the strongest Synchro of the Archtype.

If there is already a "Oni" monster in your Removed from Play Zone when this card is removed from play, you can remove from play 1 "Oni" monster from your Deck.
[spoiler= About Slinger]
Maybe she seems familiar? The is sorta like Laval Volcano Maid, and that was honestly just a fluke, I needed a card to set up better combos with the remove from play cards. She works wonders in this set, especially with some of the cards that are to be revealed at a later date.

This card cannot be Special Summoned from your hand or Graveyard, except by returning 4 "Oni" monsters from your Removed from Play Zone to your Graveyard. Once per turn, select 1 card in your Graveyard and remove it from play to destroy 1 card your opponent controls of the same type of card (Monster, Spell, or Trap). This card cannot be targeted by Trap cards.

She is just mean to be a power house kind of card, she works well at changing up the Removed From Play / Graveyard ratio, which can be very helpful...

Once per turn, if this card is in your Removed from Play Zone you can return 2 "Oni" monsters from your Removed from Play Zone to the Graveyard to Special Summon this card in face-up Defence Position.

I wanted something that had an easy ability to get back on the field, but all the while wasn't too powerful or easy to abuse, this is what I came up with

When this card is destroyed by battle add 1 "Oni" monster in your Graveyard or Removed from Play Zone to your hand, except "Oni - Gargoyle Girl". When this card is sent to the Graveyard, remove it from play instead.

A nice card to go with Disapeering Knight, or just to reclaim an Oni in general...

The TRUE Oni, Kuria is meant to be a Special Summon beat stick who then goes as RfPZ Fodder when she is taken from the field

You can discard 1 card from your hand to Special Summon this card from your hand. This card cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster, except for the Synchro Summon of a DARK Synchro Monster. Once per turn, if the Synchro Monster that used this card as a Synchro Material Monter destroys an opponents monster by battle, you can discard 1 card from you hand to destroy one Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls.

Okay... so it may be the most OP'd tuner I've ever seen... but its good... and even with its OP'd ness there are still some draw backs... sorta... but it can make this deck much easier (or any deck)

When this card is Normal Summoned reveal cards from the top of your Deck equal to the number of "Oni" monsters you control, except "Oni - Mystic Vixen". Add 1 card revealed this way to your hand, then shuffle the rest back into your Deck. Remove from play 1 card from your hand. When this card is removed from the field it is removed from play instead.

The Name fits the image perfectly... and hey, did I ever mention that Oni LOVE draw power? Cause They do... and guess what their draw power relies on(?), Thats right, field presence!!

Once per turn, you can Special Summon this card from your hand or Removed from Play Zone while you control 2 or more "Oni" monsters, except "Oni - Nightly Princess". During either player's turn, if a card effect would target exactly 1 DARK monster you control, you can Tribute this card. Negate the card effect, and destroy the card.

The Oni Tuners tend to be cards which set up more field presence, RfPZ presence, OR protect the larger monsters... this one basically can do everything in one shot. Her name again fits her picture AND effect rather nicely and she has some decent power and good potential

Select 1 "Oni" monster that declares an attack or is selected as an attack target, it gains 1000 ATK (during battle calculations only). Remove from play the selected monster during the End Phase.

This is just an Archtype pump card, basic for most recent archtypes and it gives the ability to Remove from Play an Oni, depending on your field this is good or bad, but odds are its pretty good.

Equip only to an "Oni" monster. It gains 800 ATK. While you control 2 or more DARK monsters, if the equiped monster destoys an opponent's monster by battle you can remove from play 1 "Oni" monster from your Deck to inflict 500 points of damage to your opponent.

Every Archtype seems to have its own 800 pump card, don't want mine to be @ a "disadvantage".

Activate only while you control 3 or more "Oni" monsters. Destroy 1 Spell or Trap card on the field for each face-up Monster you control. During your Standby Phase, if you control exactly 5 "Oni" monsters, you can discard 1 card from your hand to add this card from your Graveyard or Removed from Play Zone to your hand.

Field control is important, and although it may not be as good as other cards the Archtype has an Easy Time Swarming, and this is could before you go on the offencive

Once per turn, while there are more cards in your Graveyard than in your Removed from Play Zone you can discard 1 card from your hand to inflict 200 points of damage for each of your removed from play monsters with a different name. While there are more cards in your Removed from Play Zone than in your Graveyard, "Oni" monsters you control gain 200 ATK for each monster in your Graveyard with a different name.

The Lavals have their own pump up Trap card... being that these cards are somewhat like Lavals I wanted to have my own version of that trap but seeing as I've been into the whole Dark-Burner concept lately I came up with this

When this card destroys an opponents monster by battle this card gains 200 ATK. If this card is destroyed by your opponents card (either by battle or card effect) you can return 2 "Oni" monsters from your Removed from Play Zone to the bottom of your Deck to Special Summon this card during your next Standby Phase.
[spoiler= About Baou]
The name sounding familiar? Thats right, the picture was perfect for what I wanted to do, and Baou was not far away in thought... just look at the thing, you can see why. Baou is one of the Trump cards of the deck and easily able to recover himself and keep your deck alive, plus he is an easy 6 stars... just wait to see how easy it really is, but he has Guardian Baou's ATK increase effect, but not his negate the destroyed monster's effect... that belongs to another card or two

While this card is face-up on the field it is also treated as Fiend-Type. Up to twice per turn, select 1 card in your Removed from Play Zone and send it to the Graveyard. Special Summon 1 monster from your Removed from Play Zone with a level less than the selected monster. If you use this effect twice, this card cannot delcare an attack until the End Phase of this card.

The TRUMP Synchro for sure, he is relatively simple to Synchro and then he can bring out more monsters... with a Limit ofcorse. I find him rather balanced, but that might just be me... and unless you have several level 10+ monsters in your Removed from Play Zone you can't create a Colden KO... though it is possible

The effects of an Effect Monster that this card destroys as a result of battle are negated. When this card is removed from the field Special Summon 1 level 4 or lower "Oni" monster from your Graveyard or Removed from Play Zone.

This is the 2nd have of Baou's original effect, but it comes with a huge advantage when he is removed from the field... a brilliant card that would help the Archtype through a tough spot or two... or none, lol

This card is uneffected by your opponents Spell and Trap Cards. If this card is targeted by the effect of an Effect Monster your opponent controls negate the effect, this card loses 400 ATK and DEF.

The DM just got a DADD tune-up, maybe a but OP'd, but it can be fixed... its just meant to stick around for a bit, in hopes of getting out a 2star tuner for Colden

While you control 2 or more "Oni" monsters, if a monster you control would be destroyed by an opponents card (either by battle or card effect), you can Tribute 1 "Oni" monster instead. Once per turn, if this is the only monster you control, you can remove from play 1 card from your hand to destroy 1 set card on the field.

She is here because I felt she'd be helpful... plus she also looks like an evolved form of Nightly Princess (atleast to me) and she does the Archtype some good by provinging a rather Six Samurai line of protection... again, another benefit to field presence

Von was made from the FanFic, he has a specific role and will be the go to Synchro of the main character (even though Baou tends to be better), this is just sorta like how Main Characters throughout YuGiOh history use different Monsters between the Anime and the Manga

[color="#800080"]Ultimate Offering[/color] - Field Presence is highly important, this can be incredibly helpful
[color="#00FF00"]Allure of Darkness[/color] - Draw power, remove from play, and... yeah, incredible card, max # of copies at all times
[color="#FFA500"]Armegeddon Knight[/color] - DARK Warrior, fits into the Archtype, plus u can send 1 DARK to your Grave, which is always helpful
[color="#FFA500"]Plague Spreader Zombie[/color] - "Duh!"
[color="#FFA500"]Spirirt Reaper[/color] - Fits with the whole DARK think... and "Duh"
[color="#FFA500"]Caius the Shadow Monarch[/color] - the Archtype lacks 5 and 6 stars, so he could be helpful and burn
[color="#FFA500"]Delg the Dark Moncarch[/color] - not as much synergy as Caius, but still helpful card
[color="#FFA500"]Dark Armed Dragon[/color] - This Archtype has basically easiest Graveyard / Remove from Play control ever, haveing exactly 3 DARK monsters in the grave is simple
[color="#FFA500"]Dark Crusader[/color] - DARK Warrior, allows ditching which can be helpful
[color="#C0C0C0"]Dark End Dragon[/color] - can be helpful for clearing the field and fits the DARK
[color="#FFA500"]Darknight Parshath[/color] - allows for removing from play, pumps up, and draw power
[color="#9932CC"]Escape from the Dark Simension[/color] - great for SSing your DARK monsters that are easily removed from play
[color="#FFA500"]Necroface[/color] - good little card for returning your removed from play monsters to your deck for a beatstick
Then you have basic all the other DARK Support - Dark General Freed, Dark Grepher, Dark Horus, Dark Hunter, Dark Illusion, Dark Nephtys, Darklord Zerato, Diabolos King of the Abyss, Doomsday Horror, Hidden Soldiers, Mystic Plasma Zone, Mystic Tomato, Obsidian Dragon, Prometheus King of the Shadows, Raindbow Dark Dragon, Sinister Sprocket, Sword of Dark Rites, The Begining of the End, The Dark Creator, Veil of Darkness, Witch's Apprentice...
Then there is always Fiend-Type and Warrior-Type Support... but since the "Oni" are divided in their type this may not be the best thing, but you can if you want... I'm just not going to go into listing them

I don't think I've developed any OTK or FTK combos into the arcthype, but I could very well be wrong about that

glad you people like them so far
I'm trying to make these guys my most realistic, pheasable, balanced set[/center]

Very Nice touch, can't believe I did not think of [s]him[/s] it, but he would make a very nice support card for this deck, to some extent (some other cards are highly reliant on Removed from play cards)
but throwing in 1 copy wouldn't hurt
