Tetrick Monsters! - I'm at it again!

Okay. Here is another serious archtype. It’s gonna be my “Tetrick” set, based on Tetris and their shapes. Strangely, this set is going to be a WATER attribute set as they are going to be machines that hold water and, in a sense, represent an Underwater Tetris game. Just like in tetris where you connect the shapes to make rows to eliminate and get points, most of these monsters will connect their effects for quick Synchros and swarming. They have the same ATK and DEF each individually and are rather weak. Their levels depend on how many blocks they are composed of and their support cards run on Tetrick Counters which give them various abilities. Because of the way the Counters can stack up, and the way these guys can be Summoned quickly, winning the game will depend on what you can Synchro, Fusion, or Exceed Summon and any other benefits you can reap from your Deck using the support cards as well as what disadvantages you can force onto your opponent. This deck will have no Synchro Monsters, Fusion Monsters, or Exceed Monsters of their own, so be creative as to what you would probably run in your Extra Deck with these cards. Also, there are 3 extra shape that aren't found in the original Tetris. These would be Uniblock (a single block), DuoBlock (2 blocks stuck together), Tri-Track (looks like the L and J pieces except it's missing the last block on its long side).


-1.) Tetrick Uniblock
LV1 WATER Machine/Tuner
ATK/DEF: 100/100
When this card is Special Summoned by the effect of a “Tetrick” monster, draw 1 card.

-2.) Tetrick Duoblock
LV2 WATER Machine/Tuner
ATK/DEF: 400/400
When this card is Special Summoned, reveal the top card from your deck. If it’s a “Tetrick” monster, Special Summon it. If it’s not a “Tetrick” monster, remove it from play.

-3.) Tetrick Tri-Track
LV3 WATER Machine/Tuner
ATK/DEF: 800/800
When this card is Normal Summoned, Special Summon 1 “Tetrick” Tuner Monster from your hand or Graveyard.

-4.) Tetrick Quad Base
LV4 WATER Machine/Effect
ATK/DEF: 1600/1600
When this card is Normal Summoned, place 2 Tetrick Counters on this card (Max. 8). Each time a “Tetrick” monster is Summoned, place 1 Tetrick Counter on this card. When this card is removed from the field, Special Summon Tetrick Monsters from you hand or Graveyard whose total levels equal to the number of Tetrick Counters on this card.

ATK/DEF: 1500/1500
When this card is Normal Summoned or Special Summoned, Special Summon 1 “Tetrick Twin #2” from your Deck or Graveyard.

-6.) Tetrick Twin #2
LV4 WATER Machine/Effect
ATK/DEF: 1500/1500
If this card is Special Summoned by the effect of a “Tetrick” monster, add 1 “Tetrick” card from your Graveyard to your hand.

-7.) Tetrick Length
LV4 WATER Machine/Effect
ATK/DEF: 1600/1600
When this card is Normal Summoned or is Special Summoned by the effect of a “Tetrick” monster, destroy 1 card on the field.

-8.) Tetrick Quadbox
LV4 WATER Machine/Tuner
ATK/DEF: 1200/1200
If this card is used for the Synchro Summon of a WATER or a Machine-Type Synchro Monster, Special Summon 1 “Tetrick” Tuner Monster from your Graveyard.

-9.) Tetrick Zeta
LV4 WATER Machine/Effect
ATK/DEF: 1400/1400
When this card is Normal Summoned or Special Summoned, reveal the top 2 cards from your Deck. If you revealed 1 “Tetrick” monster with this card’s effect, add the revealed “Tetrick” monster to your hand and send the other card to the bottom of your Deck. If you revealed 2 “Tetrick” monsters with this card’s effect, Special Summon 1 of the revealed monsters and send the other one to the bottom of your Deck.

-10.) Tetrick Atez
LV4 WATER Machine/Effect
ATK/DEF 1400/1400
If this card is Normal Summoned or Special Summoned, place 4 Tetrick Counters on this card (Max. 8). Once per turn, you can move 2 Tetrick Counters from this card to another face-up “Tetrick” monster you control.

-11.) An Underwater Mecha
Field Spell
During each player’s Standby Phase, place 1 Tetrick Counter on all face-up monster the turn player controls. Monsters with Tetrick Counters are treated as WATER Machine-Type Monsters while face-up on the field. During the turn player’s Main Phase, the turn player can remove 1 Tetrick Counter from 1 monster they control to reveal the top card from their respective Deck. The turn player can then set the card back on top of the Deck or send the card to the bottom of their respective Deck.

-12.) Tetrick Tricks
Continuous Spell
Place 1 Tetrick Counter on this card each time a WATER Machine-Type Monster is Summoned (Max. 3). When this card has 3 Tetrick Counters, you can send it to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 “Tetrick” monster from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard.

-13.) Linear Elimination
Quick Spell
Send “Tetrick” monsters from your side of the field whose total star levels equal 8 to the Graveyard. Special Summon “Tetrick” monsters from your Deck whose total star levels equal 8 or less.

-14.) Tetris Maze
Continuous Trap
Each time a “Tetrick” monster is Summoned, place 1 Tetrick Counters on all face-up monsters on the field. Monsters with Tetrick Counters lose ATK and DEF equal to the number of Tetrick Counters they have x 100 and cannot be used as Synchro or Exceed Material Monsters. “Tetrick” Monsters are unaffected by this card’s effects.

-15.) Tetrickwaterlazerpower!!!
Equip Spell
Equip only to a Machine-Type or WATER monster. The equipped monster gains 500 ATK and DEF. If this card is removed from the field by your opponent’s card effect, draw 1 card.
