Here is my review of the cards effects, because someone needed too as most of these cards are OP'd. Also sorry if I sound a bit arrogant or annoying, that is just the way I sound when I write a review of yugioh cards
Robot of the Flames - good first effect, the second one is a bit much though, as he can be summoned in the same way as cyber dragon, has similar attack and destroys a spell or trap when he is destroyed. Remove one of the effects or tone down both and it might be better
Synchron of Fire - once again a bit too strong, maybe either tone down the summoning effect or get rid of it entirely, other then that, it is fine
Warrior of the Volcano - instant destruction effect whenever summoned, plus you can special summon 2 weak tokens when it is destroyed, quite a strong card, once again tone down the first effect and maybe stay with only one effect.
The Fire Creator - this one isn't as bad, though it still is OP'd, it reminds me of a mix of junk synchron and hyper synchron on steroids, it has no limitations on either effect, nor any cost for either. Stay with one effect again and add some limitation to it.
Burnt Skull - much too strong, the instant he is summoned you can basically get a high level monster to the field with no limitations. And you gain 1000 life points if you do synchro summon with him, an effect very similar to sunny pixie without any limitation at all. Either tone down the first effect and remove the second or remove the first and keep the second to stop this card being OP'd
Survivor of the Volcano - OP'd much, he can't be destroyed for the first two turns he is on the field and you can draw potentially a lot of cards when he is summoned, either majorly tone down both effects of remove one and tone down the other to stop him being OP'd. His defence is also too high for a level 3 monster, since his attack is 1000 as well, so reduce one of the two of them too.
The Dragon Youngling - only slightly OP'd, he can't be special summoned easily but if you have him at the start of the duel you can gain a level 4 or lower monster with 2000-3000 ATK. 1000 ATK gain to the monster he is equipped to is too high for a level 1 monster, so lower the attack gain and he should be alright
Cursed Flame - His defence is too high for a level one but that is the only flaw I can see with him, he is a good balanced monster.
Burning Knight - His ability is mostly fine, reducing your life by 1000 to summon a monster from your deck is good and balanced but you shouldn't have the extra effect of dealing damage to your opponent when he is destroyed, that is a bit too much with a summoning effect.
Burnt Healer - He is fine other than his attack and defence, which are slightly too high for a level 3 monster
The Searing Returner - Congradulations, I can see nothing wrong with this card, he reminds me of the fabled monsters though, which isn't a bad thing.
Zombie of Lava - Again he is a good card, not OP'd but not UP'd either, he has a good summoning effect and a good payment to use his effect too.

Sorcerer of Fire - OP'd, he destroys a card when summoned, can negate a monsters attack by reducing his own attack, and can set up your field for another synchro summon when he is destroyed. One of these effects would have been fine, maybe even two if you left out the third effect, but all three is over the top and OP'd by far.
Knight of the Lava - His first effect is OP'd on it's own, without even counting the other effects especially as a high attack monster, as he can negate any number of effects per turn by reducing his ATK points, and he isn't limited to only spells and traps either, and he can negate a total of eight effects before being destroyed by the flipside of that effect. If this effect was on a low attack monster it would be more reasonable because that monster would only be able to negate the effects for a short amount of time. The other effect is not as bad, though being able to special summon a monster from your deck every turn without any cost is too big, and if you had a high attack Legendary Flame, you could basically wipe your opponent out in a very short amount of time. This card is even more OP'd then Sorcerer of Fire.
Formula of Creating Flames - Very similar to Survivor of the Volcano, he can't be destroyed for the first two turns that he is on the field and he can destroy a card when summoned. OP'd still though not as bad as Survivor of the Volcano, so either reduce the strength of the effect or add a cost into his effects for them to activate.
Dragon of the Volcano - This card would be fine with it's first two effects, the removal and resummoning one and the attack boost one. Both summoning ones are OP'd, the first is similar to your Knights and the second is a slightly toned down version of your Sorcerer's effect. To stop this card from being OP'd either remove them both or remove the material summoning one and add a cost to the effect of the monster summoning one.
Lizard of the Volcano - Finally, a non OP'd synchro, although his attack is rather high for a level 2 monster, he has a fine effect and a good cost to go with the effect.
Master Burning Swordsman - I understand that he is a Delta Accel monster but even so, he is very OP'd and would probably be fine with just the removal negation effect and the ATK changing effects, though either the cost of raising his attack should be higher, or the attack gain being a lower amount.
Doom of the Burn - another OP'd monster, he can't be destroyed the turn he was summoned, unless he was synchro summoned, and he destroys the card that destroys him when he is destroyed, which wouldn't be very useful against something like Raigeki but would be useful if he was destroyed by battle. This one is simple to fix, remove one of the effects and he would be just about fine, though the first effect is slightly OP'd on it's own.
Flame of Destiny - This one is a fairly good card, I would suggest to make the life point gain into half the attack of one monster on your opponents field but other then that this card is fine, though you could raise his defence a small amount since he has 0 ATK.
Phoenix of Destiny - This one is fairly good too, maybe change the card destruction effect to one Legendary Flame and one card destroyed if that effect is used and remove the damaging effect when he is destroyed and it will be a good card.
