On a similar-ish note, would it be okay if I made short chapters, but I made a lot of them? Like... a 1 page chapter, followed by another 1 page chapter later that day? And before you ask...

Besides, if you've written one and a half pages already, can't you dip a bit further into the plot and add another half page?

That's pretty much what I did with Cleansed just to skirt by that rule (Ashes to Ashes and Dust to Dust are about 3 pages combined). I'd prefer it if I didn't have to skirt by the rules, IE: I would prefer a change to the rules.

Is poetry allowed? Also is there like a due date for Fanfic chapters? I am usaully busy and I am unable to post a lot and most likely take me more than a month to make a chapter.

LENGTH
All chapters must be at least 2 pages in MS Word with single spacing, standard margins, and size 11 Arial font. This applies to all fics, regardless of being serial or one-off. There are a few exceptions to this rule, though:
Pro/Epilogues: Considering that these serve as teasers or to tie loose threads up, they are not required to be at this standard.
Drabbles: A drabble is unofficially defined as “a quick piece of writing, often from a prompt, that is used to develop a specific scenario or character.” They are always one-shots: however, not all one-shots are drabbles.
Poetry: Justification not needed.

So yes, you can do poetry. As for due dates, there are none. You are free to update your fanfics whenever you choose. Your readers will ask for when you'll update, but don't feel too pressured, because that just means you could end up rushing it. Take your time writing each chapter, and just post it when it's ready. There can be some exceptions, such as participating in a contest someone posts, but if it's a story you choose to start for the purpose of writing one, go ahead and start when you feel like it.

Ok cool, but I've got only one problem, Does it have to be related to Yugioh? because I'm writing a horror Fiction, there's only a part of fan fiction on it as I've added Death Note in the story. But the characters are original, plot original.

And also, I've read that in MS word, at least 2 pages? Does that mean I can't post it here if it was more than 2 pages?

Because chapter 1 is like 5-6 pages and it's still not over O_O

Nope, doesn't need to be Yu-Gi-Oh!-related. Original fiction, fanfiction for other series, it's all fair game.

If you don't know what "at least" means, you probably shouldn't post anything related to the English language.

So what's this site's thoughts on writing that ignores the traditional structures of fiction (ala Ander Monson, David Shields, Micheal Martone, etc)? The two page limit may not necissarily apply, and the structure might make it impossible to actually post within a forum post, as opposed to an outside hosting site.
