Immortal Grand Prix (IGPX) Set

Anybody remember this little anime? It used to appear on Toonami, had 2 seasons, and was flipping awesome. Imagine the Gundam series got together with Speed Racer and had a baby made of awesome. That was the Immortal Grand Prix. Unfortunately, there are almost no images of the characters, so this set is pretty small. Still, I hope y'all enjoy it. You can read more about it here.

While you control 2 or more "IGPX" monsters, this card gains 300 ATK. While you control 3 or more "IGPX" monsters, this card is unaffected by Trap Cards. While you control 4 monsters, your opponent cannot use Continuous or Quick-Play Spell Cards. When this card attacks directly, randomly discard 2 cards in your opponent's hand.

When this card is Summoned, monsters your opponent controls lose 600 ATK until your next Standby Phase. Once per turn, you can pay 600 Life Points to negate the effects of Level 4 or lower monsters your opponent controls until your next Standby Phase. Once per turn, when this card destroys a Level 7 or higher monster by battle, it can attack again during the same Battle Phase.

If this card is in Defense Position while you control 2 or more "IGPX" monsters, your opponent cannot draw a card(s) outside of their Draw Phase or Special Summon Level 4 or lower monsters from their hand or Graveyard. Negate the effects of Level 5 or lower monsters your opponent controls during your Main Phase and Battle Phase.

While this card is in Defense Position, monsters you control cannot be targeted for an attack or by the effects of Effect Monsters. While you control anoher "IGPX Mid-Fielder: Timma", pay 600 Life Points during each of your Standby Phases. If you do not, destroy 1 "IGPX Mid-Fielder: Timma" you control.

While this card is in Defense Position and you have 2 or more cards in your hand, monsters you control cannot be targeted by Spell or Trap Card effects. When a monster you control is targeted for an attack or Monster Effect, you can toss a coin and call it. If heads, discard 1 card or pay 600 Life Points to negate the effect or attack. If tails, this card becomes the new target.

This card can attack while in Defense Position. When an "IGPX" monster you control is targeted by an attack or Spell Card effect, you can pay 300 Life Points to have this card become the target instead. When this card is targeted for an attack, roll a 6-sided die. If you roll a 1 or 2, this card is not destroyed by battle and the attacking monster loses 500 ATK after Damage Calculation. If you control 2 or more "IGPX" monsters, you can roll again and the attacking monster's loses 600 ATK.

"IGPX" monsters gain 300 ATK and DEF during the Damage Step only. Once per Duel, a player can add 1 "Mech Repair Module" OR 1 "Sprint Lap" to their hand from their Deck or Graveyard. Once during each player's Draw Phase, place 1 Speed Counter on this card. During their Main Phase, a player can remove up to 4 Speed Counters from this card to Special Summon an "IGPX" monster from their hand whose Level is equal to or less than the number of removed counters x 2.

Activate this card only while "Immortal Grand Race Track" is face-up on the field. "IGPX" monsters cannot declare attacks and are unaffected by card effects. If you control this card during your 4th Standby Phase after its activation, destroy this card and inflict 2000 points of Effect Damage to your opponent. When this card is destroyed, except by its own effect, the controller of the card that destroyed this card loses 3000 Life Points.

When you control 2 more "IGPX" monsters, Tribute 1 "IGPX" monster you control to destroy 2 cards on your opponent's side of the field. The Tributed monster is Special Summoned during your next Standby Phase and cannot declare an attack during your next Battle Phase.

When an "IGPX" monster you control is destroyed by battle or by a Monster Effect, add it to your hand from the Graveyard or Banished Zone. You can Special Summon the monster during your next Main Phase and decrease its ATK by 200 points. You can only activate 1 "Mech Repair Module" per turn.

Activate this card when both players have less than 2500 Life Points. Card effects cannot be chained to this card. Both players discard a number of cards from their hand to the Graveyard. The player who discarded less cards than their opponent loses 700 Life Points. Each player loses 300 Life Points for each empty Monster Card Zone on their side of the field. Neither player can declare an attack during their next Battle Phase. This effect can only be used once per Duel.

If nothing else, please take a look at the last of the S&Ts. It's a little idea I've had in the back of my mind in a while, so it'd be nice if I could at last get some feedback on that.

Thanks Alc. I looked everywhere, but these were actually the best pics I could find for what I was planning to do. If you're referring to not using the colon/semi stuff in the OCG problems, I'm not a big fan of that. If they're actual errors in the writing, could you point them out? Thanks for takin a look at them.

No big deal, I've made just the monster's corrections because I have to leave.

I think the only Speed Counter usage was in the unofficial 5Ds Fields. Since Speed World wasn't a real card, and some related elements of the 2 anime happen to be similar, I thought I'd use it to establish a small connection. The usage of Speed Counters here is similar as well, since they're used to summon the Mechs. If others agree with your view though, I can change it.
