Hey guys I just started painting on cards so I thought I would share them on YCM

Pretty cool, similar to lemonduck's thread, but I'm thinking you should work on refining your technique more. Neaten up your paintstrokes, use smaller paintbrushes, work on your blending of colours.

Overall extremely good attempts though. Loving the Lonefire Blossom.

Actually lemonduck is my girlfriend :P She got me started on painting so I'm just starting out.

Keep it up, I like your style. Bora is also amazing.

Somehow, the Spear looks more 3D even though that part is the original art xD

@horus I know you did :) and your'e rite the spear does look 3D. Its probably my camera focusing in on that point and thank you bora took me like 10 minutes I made it for a friend of mine :)

I do agree with CR, try using small brushes. tbh, it's nothing but touch up stuff which will go away with experience.

Work on your proportions and blending on the strokes. Smaller brushes and sometimes your fingers could help with this. Keep a pattern to your strokes as well. You're improving and I like the fact that you are working on full card stocks now.
