[Atomic Scrap Dragon]

Ok, this is my third RP. Read the story before submitting an app

Story:
In the the general time of 5Ds, (about a year after) six duelists each found a card. These cards were:
Mobius the Frost Monarch
Zaborg the Thunder Monarch
Thestalos the Firestorm Monarch
Caius the Shadow Monarch
Raiza the Storm Monarch
Granmarg the Rock Monarch

All six will be on a team against a network of duelists known only as "The Business".
"The Business" is a top-secret organization devoted to gathering rare cards (like rare hunters with duel runners)

Here is my app for the leader of the business


Name: Sei Joki
Appearance: nobody knows what he looks like because he is always wearing a duster jacket with a collar up to his nose and a top hat. His eyes are covered by a pair of brass goggles with a metallic sheen on the lenses preventing his eyes from being seen.
Deck: ???
Duel Runner: a large reverse trike with two wheels in the front and one in the back. It has large pipes coming out of the back that vent steam as it drives
Bio: All that is known about him is that he is the leader of the "Business"
