Remember Goblin Attack Force, Vorse Raider, and Gemini Elf? Basically, it's beatdown. You summon beater, and wreck havoc. Effects make them more than just beaters. It let's them deals with current game stuff. While they're in the Graveyard, they can equip themselves to other Fiend-Type monsters to give the equipped monster their effects. They're also Rekindling and Flamvell Firedog targets, adding more swarming. Their Xyzs make them crazier and add bigger monsters to the arsenal.

NOTE: ASSUME ALL THE ONIS CAN ONLY EQUIP TO OTHER ONIS. I'M GOING TO START FIXING THEM TO SAY THAT SOON.

for Demoni I'm unsure if you should make the effect gain a permanent one

Hadoni's atk gain effect you may want to cap a limit on, despite being just 1 turn

Busoni is good, shame it has no xyz reattaching effect though, would have been nice

overall, a very well done set

for Duoni, gaining the monster's effects might be a bit too much

after all, it applies to ANY oni monster, including those that aren't exactly easy to get out, so this seems wrong

along with the original atk, well that's beside the point

yes no usage for synchro is fine, but there's still the problem of tribute food

for Midoni, the 300 atk loss should be temporary, 1600 atk isn't much anyway

Momoni is meh for just one attack prevented from being destroyed in battle

beyond that they both do the same thing to gain other card effects, still meh

Usoni I guess can work due to taking flip effect monsters for yourself

with Konigeki it's really good card destruction effect, you don't even have to lose the Oni monster

does seem almost a bit too cheap for the cost though

for Ijimekkoni I'm sure you'll just use the token for synchro food

for Saikoni, even though the summoned monster's effects are permanently negated, 3000 atk still seems a bit high, I'd drop it to 2500 at the max

same with Wedoni's original atk is doubled, you should have made it slightly more specific

for Hellioni, I'm unsure about the atk gain

a lv4 gets 1600 atk right off the bat, that's actually quite a bit given all the atk changing card effects out there

maybe you should have limited to 300 per level or something, but that's your call

see for Gekidoni you corrected this since 800 atk isn't THAT huge since it's only 1 turn

Is there a reason for all the monsters having 200 DEF? (not a complaint im just wondering)

personally id add a special typing of the card similar to: Fiend / OniUnion / Effect.
this would strengthen the Arch type.
the names run together......... Ex: Jigokunoni. Suggestion: Jigoku-Oni
It dosent really feel like an arch-type the way you named them.

Also limiting the number of effects that can pile up on a single Oni would better balence the set.

The Review

After an initial attempt to review them individually I've noticed a common theme in your monsters: they all have no drawbacks in response to their abusive nature, and therefore are without question overpowered. There's dealing with the current Meta, and then theirs just downright overpowered monsters. Give them some form of drawback, maybe have them all switch to Defense or something that will give some sort of chance against them. I also noticed that these monsters cannot protect de-equip from their wielder and re-Special Summon, which is somewhat a relief, but it doesn't tone down the substantial level of overpowered cards you've done. Spells and Traps don't exactly follow this pattern, but some are pretty ridiculously powerful.
