Me, I've gone now two years.
To celebrate this, I'm going to give you a speech on my time here, and YCM as a whole.
YCM - Years Yet Less
It all started when I first found YCM- back in MyBB. I only found the cardmaker, not the forum. That first day on here I made about ten cards or so, then left seeing as it was getting late.
The next day I came back, I discovered my cards were gone, then found out I had to get an account in order to save my cards.
That day was the first day I entered YCM, under the name qm9a7.
It was just a bunch of random letters and numbers I put together to form the name.
About a week in, I found the forum. I didn't understand it much at first, so I stuck mainly to the cardmaker.
(After this, I can't remember much but cardmaking.)
Finally, I figured out how to post, then by some helpful members, how to make topics. My first topics, like any other newb at the time, was in RC. Of course, at this time was the peak of YCM, so I had many reviews and, yes, them good 'ol trolls trollin' the topics.
Ah, how I miss them trolls still to today.
One day, I found a +1 in my Rep box. This was the first rep I ever received- from Welche. Reason:

For the next couple of months, I began developing more in the forum than in the cardmaker, and with some benifits.
I had succesfully created a good club- the TTT. Me, Z-One, and Glitch all together ran this RP-based Yu-Gi-Oh! club.
After the death of my TTT, I decided that I wanted to run another club based on RP'ing and free chat- the YMCA, although it was mistakened as the 'YCMA'.
Around this time, I had been on YCM for about 1/2 year.
The primitivity of YCM's activeness now began to decline.
Many of YCM's greatest posters, trollers, and whatever else you can think of, now began to leave in bunches, not just one-by-one.
By the time I had been on YCM for a year, the cardmaker had declined.
Although I can think of the reason- constant crashes. No members liked this.
Also around this time I got my first real username- Future Paradise. It was based off my growing religious values (which you can find in my profile).
But YCM wouldn't be YCM without something good to read about.
As a newer Christian, I thought I could convert anybody I wanted. This was not true.
With some support from people (whom I will leave unnamed), I also had opposition to my Christian Conversion Mission (whom I will also leave unnamed). The opposition had one strong leader that I will leave anonymous.
After this about 3-day battle, I decided to end it all by just stopping.
This was the first time in my life that I finally found out- no matter how much I do, it's ultimately up to the other person as to what they want to do religiously.
For the next 1/2 year, I would be very actively posting on the forum, not getting into much.
Then, I decided to change my name to X-Judgement, in an attempt to remind myself to cut out judging in my life.
I found success with that name, so I reverted back to Future Paradise.
Not too long before I went back to Future Paradise, I started the first ever VGB, which was a big success.
The VGB is now taking nominations for it's second season.
And now, two years later, I'm glad to say that I'm staying for the 3rd year to come.
YCM is dying in my opinion, though. The trolls aren't even trolls anymore, and most active posters have gone off to do something else in their life.
It's sad to see such a great forum fall to pieces.
Myself, I'm going to be more active on here until the day YCM dies, which may not be for an Eternity- which will be my name change.
A quote I made also goes along with it:
This quote also has a religious meaning, and a YCM meaning - the future of YCM could just be eternity- forever.
In other words, I'm hoping that YCM will last forever, because no matter what, if you're like me and came for the cardmaker, or if you came for the forum, it all still unites into one web forum: YCM.
