A lot of these cards are extremely overpowered. Reaper of Doom I am hoping you meant x300 not x3000. Also, your Reaper Ghouls is far too strong, being able to wipe out 2 cards on your opponent side of the field and be able to summon 2 monsters as well. Thirdly, being able to summon as strong as Zombie Captain when that weak little ice zombie is destroyed is ridiculous.

with Carnage Zombie it's a lot like Marauding Captain, not sure if that's where you got it from

for Zombie Reborn though, 3 turns is an eternity...

Not really. Swords of Revealing Light is three turns, and that was always a bane when I played in tournaments; and that was back when Harpy's Feather Duster was legal.

yeah but Swords of Revealing light is an old card. Back when it was released, 3 turns you couldn't do much. Today, you can do a ton

Well im confused zombie reborn is to summon a real powerful zombie card of course it needs three turns. What should i make it 2 turns? explain.

A lot of the text is rather confusing to read. Try using PST to make them more understandable. Use correct terminology as well to make it more readable.
