Very clever. Yes, that is the art from White-Horned Dragon. Frankly, I'd prefer to recycle the art from a card consigned to the trash bin rather than use one of the same fifty pictures of dragons on the first page of image search that don't look anything like YGOz cards anyway. If ruga docks me points for it, well, that's his call.

Well, for the most part, we got everyone... Though two people haven't posted an entry yet and Headshot's card doesn't obey the requirements.... Hmmmmmmm... Well, I will wait one more day... Tomorrow, I shall make my judgement... Though may not be so much of a judgement seeing as two people don't even have entries.

When this card is Special Summoned, you can add 1 Level 3 or lower Dragon-Type monster from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. This card gains ATK equal to the amount of Dragon-Type monsters in your hand x300. If this card attacks first during your Battle Phase, whilst you control at least 1 other monster: attack once more. If this card attacks last during your Battle Phase, whilst you control at least 1 other monster: destroy it at the end of the Battle Phase.

You're lucky you got that in just before I checked this... Now, seeing as 1 person doesn't have an entry, FallenAngel0102 automatically loses. And since I want to keep an even number of participants until the end, I shall not remove anyone else. Though I will still post my judging to show everyone what they got. Sorry if my spelling is off for some words. YCM appears to be lacking spell check. ^^;

Ocg: 9/10 One minor error, but still pretty perfect.
Image: 10/10 Nicely detailed and is appropriate for the attribute and effect.
Effect: 7/10 It suits the requirements and is interesting, but I am trying to imagine how it would allow another monster to attack twice.
ATK/DEF: 9.5/10 Appropriate, but it would have been interesting if they were even. As in 2400/2000 or something like that.

Overall: 35.5/40

Ocg: 10/10 Perfect
Image: 9.9/10 I would mark you down majorly, but you turned a card me and someone very close to me love and view as a great card and made it into yet another great card. Though my only complaint would be the name. Brings the great card down a few pegs...
Effect: 9.8/10 A good effect for a good card. Though you could make the ATK boost a bit higher, and maybe apply it to DEF as well.
ATK/DEF: 9.8/10 Could be a tad bit higher. You know, to make the extra 300 ATK a bit worth it.

Overall: 39.5/40

Ocg: 8/10 A few effects are misspelled and it seems off on a few areas, but otherwise okay...
Image: 4/10 Doesn't even look remotely dragon. Looks like it may have been more appropriate for a Machine, especially when you consider the name.
Effect: 5/10 I'm unsure of what to make of this...
ATK/DEF: 0/10 I don't see any ATK or DEF for this thing. Not even a ?/? or a 0/0.

Ocg: 9.8/10 Pretty good, but can use some work.
Image: 9/10 So cute!!! Though the rainbow effect is kinda throwing me off...
Effect: 10/10 Good effect, good balance, so on and so forth.
ATK/DEF: 10/10 Perfect for the card.

Aggro

Ocg: 10/10 Perfect ocg from what I can see.
Image: 9.7/10 Excellent picture. Though it seems like it may be better for a FIRE monster.
Effect: 9.7/10 Nice effect for a Hieroglyphic support, but with that image, I may have added an extra effect that is like this: "This card's attribute is also treated as FIRE".
ATK/DEF: 10/10 Perfect for this card, especially when one considers the high stats of the Hieroglyphic cards.

Overall: 39.4/40

Ocg: 9.8/10 One minor error, but otherwise, it's very good.
Image: 9.9/10 I'm not marking you down for quality, as it is very good quality. But something tells me it could be better used as a trap card image...
Effect: 9.8/10 Very balanced from what I can tell, but it could have been edit a tiny bit to make it more worthwile to use it.
ATK/DEF: 9.6/10 Could have been higher to make using this card better, seeing as Level 8 Dragons are already within that rrange and can actually use equips to become better.

Overall: 39.1/40

Ocg: 9.8/10 A few captialization issues from what i'm used to, but it is still playable.
Image: 5/10 Nice picture. Seems like it could be used for a real card, though i've seen it multiple times before. I believe i even used it or something very similar myself...
Effect: 8/10 Nice effects, and very balanced that it only gains 1 of the 4.
ATK/DEF: 9/10 Appropriate, but still seems like it could be a tad bit better.

Ocg: 10/10 Everything seemed to be in order.
Image: 10/10 Lovely looking artwork and, if edited a bit, seems like it would be an actual Yu-Gi-Oh! image.
Effect: 9.5/10 It seems playable until you consider the 'attachment' feature. This may be wrong, but when I was reading, it sounded like you attached that card to something in the grave, but further reading suggests that it was the card getting stuff attached to it.
ATK/DEF: 10/10 Very appropriate for this card and it's effect.

This is for dragon contest round 2 rules. i have a question? how is it possible to support those cards? It's remotely impossible to support such cards. They first off are not even archetypes, nobody even runs those monsters, and that will only make those monsters even more ridiculous than they already are.

I kind of agree with Mr Remix, but I made a card anyway:



Cannot be destroyed until the End Phase of the turn it was Summoned. When this card destroys an opponent's monster: Place 1 Wicked Counter on this card (max.3). You can Tribute this card with 3 Wicked Counters on it to Special Summon 3 "Wicked Tokens" (Fiend-Type/Dark/Level 1/ATK 1000/DEF 0) in Defense Position. The "Wicked Tokens" cannot be used as a Tribute for a Tribute Summon (or Set), except for the Tribute Summon of a "Wicked" monster. If a "Wicked" Monster is in your Graveyard whilst this card is in your Graveyard: Banish this card from your Graveyard; Add 1 Fiend-Type monster with 1500 or less ATK from your Deck to your hand.
