Tribute 3 face-up "Wind-Up" monster to summon this card; For every face-up "Wind-Up" monster on the field, send 1 random card from your opponent's hand to the Graveyard. This effect can only be used once while this card is face-up on the field.

Seeing is how we cannot post images cards I will have to type up the card.
The toxic dragon outcast. Monster. Tuner. Earth. Lvl 7. http://images.yugioh.../137294585.jpg. Zombie. As long as this card remains in face up Attack position, it is the only card that your oponent can attack. If this card is destroyed as a result of battle, you may special summon The toxic dragon: Necro. Att/Def 4000/4000 creator Vesper Kenici.
