The Fall of Kamigawa - Wrath of the Kami
It’s been 20 or so years since the Kami War ravaged Kamigawa, a period in time where spiritual creatures laid waste upon the land. It was a time when Samurai fought against unimaginable Oni. It was also a time of unspeakable carnage. Battlefields scattered with the remains of many a fallen warriors and beasts alike, and all because of one man. One man, who was bent on his own immortality, the Daimyo Kondo.
Whatever the origins of the first conflict, the original Kami War raged for 20 years. Everything seemed peaceful when the Kami recovered that which must never be taken, and tore asunder the spirit of Kondo for his crimes. In this time of peace, the Hondens have grown unusually silent. This is most likely linked with the disappearance of each Honden’s Myojin, or guardian Kami.
It’s quiet in the land of Kamigawa, perhaps just a little too quiet. Whispers here and there lead to rumors of the descendant of Kondo planning to strike back for killing her father. The only problem, this would lead to another all out war with the Kami. With villages still rebuilding, war is the last thing anyone wants to happen. But the seers can feel the Kami stirring.

Powers: (There is magic in the land of Kamigawa, so anyone can use it. It is however Arcane Magic, and therefore takes a toll on the wielder. The more spells used, the weaker the wielder will become.)
Weapon(s): (Time Appropriate please. Set in Feudal Area Japan-like setting, gunpowder only having been recently developed. So it’s not refined.)

Appearance: Priscilla normally wears a purple kimono. She wears her hair back in a ponytail. She has a necklace that her mother gave her before she left. The charm on the necklace is of their family crest. She also has a ring that her father gave her. She is about 110 pounds and 5’2”. She is fairly flat chested for her age and is often mocked for that and the fact that she is so short. She has light skin with a splash of freckles across her nose. She has light brown hair and brown eyes with a blue circle around the pupil.
Personality: Priscilla is mostly a happy person or at least looks happy. The only time she doesn’t look happy is when she is really tired or really depressed. She is normally really energetic and hyper and tries to make others happy before herself. She is really flirty but doesn’t mean to be most of the time. She tries to make friends with everyone but only has a few real friends. She is also really smart. Because her mother and father aren’t around she sometimes gets depressed but tries hard to hide it. Although she mostly just shows her personality through kindness and happiness she also knows how to fight can handle herself better than a lot of people. She has trouble sleeping so is usually slightly tired but still hyper. She doesn't like people who complain none stop but knows a lot of people like that. Although she doesn't like them she deals with them anyways.
Biography: Having been born of a foreign mother Priscilla is usually made fun of and disliked by the other people of Japan. Her father had been a traveling merchant before she was born. Which is how he met her mother. Her parents decided to put her in a school. Her mother went back to her home land and told her she had to finish school before she could come join her. Her father traveled too much so she never really saw him much and didn’t have parents to live with. Because she didn’t have parent to live with she had to live at the school. She didn’t like the school because everyone in the school including a few of the teachers were mean to her because of the fact that here mother was foreign. Although so much people were mean to her she had a smile on most of the time and only ever didn’t when she was sleeping or if something was really wrong.
Powers:
Priscilla can bind the wind to here control. The longer she does it and the more wind she controls the weaker she gets.
Weapon(s): She has two daggers and a sword that is concealed in an umbrella.
Misc: Her mother is from somewhere in Europe.
