So essentially the one monster serves as an instant Fusion, OR an instant beatstick and neo-spacian. Note that basically no Neo-Spacians are worth having out except for grandmole, so most people will opt to go for the first route. Also, at the very least this card is forcing you to play 3 useless cards - x3 Elemental Hero Neos - and probably more of the useless neo-spacians. However, playing the Neo-Spacians does give an extra iddy-biddy boost neos-alius and the monster itself makes Stratos even more epic.

As for the fusions, sadly the one I checked out first, Grand Neos, does not live up to the standards of its bouncy little brother. Still, being able to pop cards can never hurt, although I would like it much more if it could pop 2 cards while either face-up or down.

The other fusions seem better; Glow Neos has the best effect of all of them, like a Caius on steroids. I would try to power that one down a bit. The other ones seem relatively balanced with Dark Neos and Aqua Neos being stronger, the others being weaker. Air Neos seems especially Forlorn; that one needs a power up.

The spells are fairly obvious copies of already existing spells. The Future Fusion variant I am not a big fan of; it can only banish HERO monsters, so... you can't summon any of the Fusions here with its effect. Also the wording is a bit ambiguous; it almost seems like you could interpret it that you ONLY have to banish the HERO monsters, and do not have to banish monsters of other types. (Is that what you meant)? If it is, then the card is really broken.

Darkness Overwhelming (forgot the 'h' in the name) is probably one of the more creative, while the other is just a copy. (By the way, I would recommend changing that to only work with Evil Hero FUSION monsters, just to stop the main card from becoming a special-summoning-DARK-2500atking neos-alius.) Darkness Overwhelming is fine just the way it is.
