If this card is targeted for an attack: You can return this card to the hand; Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower "Muscleman" monster (from your Deck) other than "Muscleman Lady" and switch the attack target to that monster.

Once per turn, during your Main Phase: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; inflict damage to your opponent equal to half its ATK, and this turn, it's ATK becomes 0 and it's effect(s) are negated.
Dojo of the Master Path
All face-up monsters on the field are changed to Attack Position and their battle positions cannot be changed. During each Battle Phase, the turn player must attack with all Attack Position monsters they control if able. If your opponent does not control a monster during their End Phase: Inflict 300 damage for each "Muscleman" monster on the field. Each player can add 1 Level 4 or lower "Muscleman" monster from their Deck to their hand instead of conducting a normal draw in their Draw Phase.

Activate only when a target opponent's monster declares an attack. Negate the attack and end the Battle Phase. Face-up "Muscleman" monsters you control gain 1000 ATK until your next End Phase.
