There's still two issues:

Uniform is a IP.Board 3.2x theme, so it displays the Forums and Members tabs twice. This happened to all 3.2x themes on 3.3x installations. Uniform is updated, so you can download the 3.3x version. (Make sure you're running IP.Board 3.3.2 as well, it's a less buggy version.)
Whenever I log on to the site, I am using the mobile theme, and I have to keep clicking Full Version each time. The theme stopped recognizing iOS and Android devices for me, as well.

As someone else pointed out, the ATK and DEF stats are partially obscured. Can you fix this please?

Enforcing the rules is one thing and a thing that I agree with, but being a total arrogant jerk while doing so is another.
