Your mana is all over the place and is going to cause a lot of inconsistencies. Drop the colors down to two, three if you really need it, but not needed. You need more draw to be able to pull the combo off faster instead of waiting for your upkeep. Needs Forbidden Alchemy, Think Twice, Thought Scour and well you can probably use the gatherer to find other cards you need for that. I am guessing this is not standard so you have option to expand. I don't like the green in this type of deck either. Maybe you can try a U/R type of deck, they are effective and pretty consistent.

Even if it is self-mill, that is no excuse to have a weird mana-base. Less you have to worry about the better, the more you can focus on your the actual games and don't have to get mana screwed.
