Personally, I find it hilarious you are.
but...
-1 branch
+1 Vulcano
-1 Najasho
+1 Westlo
West is more reliable, and you need at least 2 vulcano.
(And You aren't even running Enemy Controller! Get at least 2 in there...
and another diplo...)
