So this'll be what I'm running once I get my Solar Recharges. Thought I'd give them a shot.

And it is IRL, so no BLS, Tour Guide, ect.

Also, IRL Extra is kinda bad...

What do I take out of the main? And side replacements?

I'd suggest
-1 Sorc (3 just seems to be excessive)
- Darkblaze (he's a decent effect but honestly I'd rather play Dragon's Ravine)
- 1 Recharge (side decked instead)
-1 Eclipse ( since you are only running 4 targets)

+ 2 Veiler (I've tried a similar version & 3 is too many)
+ Gorz
+Plague if you can get one/ have one already.

Extra could use a little work...but I understand how expensive that can get.
Do try to get a Hieratic Dragon King of Atum & a Queen Dragun Djinn tho.

You're running too many traps. Chaos Dragons don't main any.

Get 3 Royal Decree and Return from the Different Dimension for your side deck. Move the torrentials over there. -1 Eclipse wyvern. Get a Gorz and a Tragoedia in there.

I can do Trag and Gorz, though.

Make that 3. Even if it forces it to 41 cards, having 3 is a must.
