so i was playing from what i thought was Exodia, my opponent plays One Day of Peace so i send this to the grave, and he just kept drawing when i said he can't, as soon as i posted the effect, he quit

yes, but they are searching for particular card, this stops them quite effectively, and buys you time to set up on your first turn which may be all you need for that duel.

my only question is if it can stop chain burn draws, since well, it's usually all one chain
