No. Advertising is against YCM Rules, especially stuff from an external source, regardless if the source belongs to him/her or not.

But that's not the case here. Threads are not meant for advertisement. Some people who make accounts here ignore the rules and purposely make threads that advertise items from an external source, which can possibly get you banned (Not sure if that's the case, but bear with me here).
