First of all, this card should be in the Pop Culture Section. Second of all, his First effect totally makes the ATK reduction worthless. Also, this card is too slow. It needs 2 tributes and would be easily run over by Dark Hole, Inzektor, etc.

You should add a Special Summoning clause and/or make him more usable by making it unable to be targeted by card effects or something, and get rid of the Major attack gain.
