I'll wait to rate until they have been fixed. The are OCG changes to be made.
I also recommend DeviantArt to find pictures. Always using screenshots can make the pics look blurry or misplaced on the card.

There good but I suggest they have a little bit more intersection with the cards from the real world. For example, it will make sense for Goku(GT) to be summoned by the effects of "Time Wizard" since he is the child version after all. And will it make more sense to make Goku(SSJ4) a ritual or somthing similar.SSJ4 was created by the effects of the Gold Ape in the anime. Overall, it's really good cards.

You should consider redoing the effects for every card after "Goku". One reason for this is because i just read all the cards and it doesn't seem like you need any other cards besides Goku and SS4 Goku (mainly because SS4 Goku can be Special Summoned with "any" Goku card which seems very overpowered.
I can't really rate these because most do the same thing and have the impression of never being used ever. If you can fix the effects of everything besides "Goku" i can give these cards a second look afterward.
