During each of your opponent's Draw Phases, your opponent must reveal the card he/she drew. Once per turn, during your Battle Phase: Select 1 monster your opponent controls; Place 1 Sleep Counter on it. (max. 1) Monsters with Sleep Counters are switched to Defense Position, cannot change Battle Positions, and their effects are negated. This card cannot declare an attack that turn and this effect cannot be activated for another 2 turns. You can remove 1 Sleep Counter on a monster your opponent controls to inflict points of damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the monster: The monster loses 500 ATK/DEF as long as it is in play. Sleep Counters cannot be placed on this card. Each time this monster destroys a monster; Add 1 Evolution Counter on this monster. This card's attacks cannot be negated. During each Draw Phase: Your opponent show you his/her hand; He/she must randomly discard 1 card from his/her hand. Once per turn, during your Battle Phase: Select 1 monster your opponent controls; Place 1 Sleep Counter on it. (max. 1) If you do, this card cannot attack this Battle Phase. Monsters with Sleep Counters are switched to Defense Position, cannot change Battle Positions, and their effects are negated. During each End Phase: Inflict 800 points of damage to your opponent for each monster with a Sleep Counter on the field and to discard 1 card for each monster with a Sleep Counter. If he/she cannot discard, banish the top cards of his/her Deck equal to the number of cards needed to be discarded. Sleep Counters cannot be placed on this card.

Mewtwo, Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres are pretty confusing. Their counters make your opponent's monsters attack twice but their effect contradicts this. The fact that they are also 3-tribute monsters doesnt help mostly just because they seem underpowerded (from what I understood). Just because they have the ability pressure shouldn't mean you should make them give pressure counters. I think you should make them 2-tribute monsters with some really good effects, possibly based on their moves or types. On the other hand, Mew is really OP... I would just drop the negation thing and once per 3 turns is kinda wierd, so maybe drop that too. Evolution Counters seem like a good idea, but are way too slow, so maybe just make them only need one or two counters. The pictues are really good though. It really isn't that bad of a set. Sorry this is so long, but there was a lot I felt I should say.

So you're starting this again...

Well Charmeleon's: "This card gains 700 ATK; This card loses 300 ATK". Is extremely confusing! Wanna clarify? Charizard's effect also has the same problem. Pikachu is fairly OP'ed seeing as it can negate every attack that comes its way, not to mention lockdown your opponent's monsters if they are stupid enough to attack it. Raichu has similar problem as Pikachu. Jigglypuff, also OP'ed. For a similar reason as Pikachu and Raichu, the Charm Counter should only take effect when the said monster attacks Jigglypuff. That aside, setting all your opponent's monsters is also a fairly drastic effect for a basic Pokemon like Jigglypuff. While Pop Culture card creators should try to make their cards balanced and playable, more importantly they should represent the character they are depicting. Yes, Jigglypuff's effect represents its signature attack, Sing, but not Jigglypuff's power level or Sing's lower accuracy. Wigglytuff, should not Set all your opponent's monsters. For crying out loud it can use this effect 3 times. Most monsters now in the metagame are on the field for about 2-3 turns. Make it Set 1 monster, and lower the Inflation Counters to 2(and even that is pushing it). I can barely read Arcanine's effect, and I am not gonna squint my eyes to see. I suggest posting the lore...in fact I suggest posting the lore for all the cards that have effects of a similar length. Drowzee and Hypno...GIVE ME THE LORE!

The decreasing on Hitmonlee's ATK is unneeded...especially for the length of 5 turns...Hitmonchan: Finally some lore, well this does represent Hitmonchan's punching attacks, I feel that the only useful effect for the dice roll would be the Fire Punch one and the last one...possibly the Thunder Punch one...but Fire Punch would be more preferable. Magikarp is severely UP'ed and would never make it to the point where it could evolve into Gyarados. Ditto is good, I like it...not the pic though, I am not fond of its pic. Eevee would rarely ever gain an Evolution Counter, with its low ATK points. It needs a faster way to gain them.

Vaporeon's "once per turn this card isn't affected by card effects" makes no sense. You need to completely reword that. Jolteon's double attack effect would almost never get used because players nowadays don't usually lower a card's ATK and instead Xyz Summon a stronger monster. Flareon's okay...but I would never use it in a Deck.

I am not gonna squint my eyes to read the Kanto Legends' effects. This is where I am stopping today, you always have been known to crank out a ton of cards in a few hours...maybe try for quality instead of quantity? It seems like you are a little rusty, my friend.

It is good to see you back...

So you're starting this again...
YUP! STILL BETTER THAN YOURS! (maybe jk.. i dont remember yours :/)
Well Charmeleon's: "This card gains 700 ATK; This card loses 300 ATK". Is extremely confusing! During attacking it gains 700 then after it loses 300... sounds better than my original: This card gains 700 ATK; This card gains 400 ATK (... yeah)
Wanna clarify? I JUST DID! O.o
Charizard's effect also has the same problem. Well its the same ability.
Pikachu is fairly OP'ed seeing as it can negate every attack that comes its way, not to mention lockdown your opponent's monsters if they are stupid enough to attack it.HEY! Everyone said that... still not changing it...
Raichu has similar problem as Pikachu.Again, same abilties
Jigglypuff, also OP'ed. Cutesy Wootsy! For a similar reason as Pikachu and Raichu, the Charm Counter should only take effect when the said monster attacks Jigglypuff. NO! ... wait... I didn't do that... YES I DID! That aside, setting all your opponent's monsters is also a fairly drastic effect for a basic Pokemon like Jigglypuff. JIGGLYPUFF IS POWERFUL! While Pop Culture card creators should try to make their cards balanced and playable, more importantly they should represent the character they are depicting. Thats what i'm doing ;_; Yes, Jigglypuff's effect represents its signature attack, Sing, but not Jigglypuff's power level or Sing's lower accuracy. I didn't get into that... I did Cute Charm.. and Sing xD but sing can only happen once...maybe Wigglytuff, should not Set all your opponent's monsters. For crying out loud it can use this effect 3 times. XP Most monsters now in the metagame (metagame?) are on the field for about 2-3 turns. Make it Set 1 monster, and lower the Inflation Counters to 2(and even that is pushing it).IM NOT CHANGING! I can barely read Arcanine's effect, and I am not gonna squint my eyes to see. suggest posting the lore...I will, let me check it...In fact I suggest posting the lore for all the cards that have effects of a similar length. Drowzee and Hypno...GIVE ME THE LORE! I thought they were reasonable size... I only put Hitmonchan's lore

The decreasing on Hitmonlee's ATK is unneeded...especially for the length of 5 turns...Hitmonchan: Finally some lore, well this does represent Hitmonchan's punching attacks, yeah :(:( I feel that the only useful effect for the dice roll would be the Fire Punch one and the last one...possibly the Thunder Punch one..Thunder Punch is 4... i dont remember 5 and 6... .but Fire Punch would be more preferable. yeah... Magikarp is severely UP'ed and would never make it to the point where it could evolve into Gyarados.Just like in the real game xD Ditto is good, I like it...not the pic though, I am not fond of its pic. I KNEW IIIIIT! best i can find... Eevee would rarely ever gain an Evolution Counter, with its low ATK points. It needs a faster way to gain them.NEVER!

Vaporeon's "once per turn this card isn't affected by card effects" makes no sense.... ONCE PER TURN! SECOND TIME IT NO WORK! You need to completely reword that. Jolteon's double attack effect would almost never get used because players nowadays don't usually lower a card's ATK :( and instead Xyz Summon a stronger monster.>:[ Flareon's okay...but I would never use it in a Deck. ;_;

I am not gonna squint my eyes to read the Kanto Legends' effects. Click crtr and + This is where I am stopping today, ok you always have been known to crank out a ton of cards in a few hours it took a few days............ check them out in dA the effects are all there (link in sig)...maybe try for quality instead of quantity?IT TOOK ME DAYS, HELL MONTHS! STFU! It seems like you are a little rusty, my friend.. . . screw this

It is good to see you back... .... F off

Oh BT, you know you can't get rid of me. As for Jigglypuff, I meant the flipping of the coin, not the Counter.

Question: Why post cards, if majority of reasonable suggestions will be ignored? lol, always the stubborn one.

@Vaporeon: Still think it needs to be reworded(I freaking no what once per turn means).

The cards are meant to be showcased, not fixed...

If you f'in know what Once per turn means, then it doesn't need any rewording....
